| With the wave of digital development in recent years,the digital technology revolution,mainly big data,"cloud" computing,Internet of Things,and artificial intelligence,has been developing rapidly,and digital transformation has become an inevitable trend in the social process.The 20 th Party Congress has pointed out the focus and direction for the development and construction of digital economy and digital China,and the overall framework of "2522" is clearly proposed in the "Digital China Construction Overall Layout Plan",that is,to consolidate digital infrastructure and facilities,and promote the deep integration of digital technology and economic,political,and cultural and ecological civilization construction.With the deepening integration of manufacturing industry and digital technology,automobile manufacturing enterprises from procurement,manufacturing,operation,after-sales and even the whole industry chain are developing in the direction of digitalization,intelligence and platform,which redefines the business model and competitive ecology of automobile enterprises,and the experience brought by automobile products and services to consumers also changes from physical experience to digital experience.As time goes by,more and more consumers want to have safer,more environmentally friendly,and more intelligent automotive products,and digital transformation can help automakers provide more personalized and diversified automotive products and services to meet the needs of different consumers.However,for enterprises,digital transformation requires the transformation and upgrading of all links of the whole industry chain,among which the digital transformation of financial system is also a crucial part.At present,the traditional financial operation mode can no longer meet the needs of enterprise digitalization,and the digital transformation of financial system is imperative.This thesis takes M Automotive as the research object,and takes enterprise reengineering theory,industrial integration theory and financial sharing theory as the theoretical basis to briefly introduce the situation of M.It outlines the organizational structure,main business and the operation status of financial system of M Automotive.The thesis adopts a questionnaire to collect relevant information from the employees of M Auto,other companies,and consultant company’s employees,analyzes six aspects such as external business environment weakens the transformation speed,information stuck in local processes,poor industry-finance integration,and lack of digital professionals as the main reasons affecting the digital transformation process of M Auto’s financial system.In view of the actual situation of M Auto,on the basis of the company’s digital transformation to improve quality and efficiency,enhance brand influence,innovate business model and achieve sustainable development as the goal,the optimization path is proposed from four aspects,namely,information systemization,technology platform,business management intelligence and people specialization,in order to promote the digital transformation process of M Auto’s financial system and lay a good foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise,and also It also provides reference for the digital transformation of other automotive companies. |
