| With the development of science and technology and the progress of The Times,the concept of financial transformation and the integration of industry and finance has been promoted among enterprises.Since 2019,Midea Group has entered the era of leading technology and digital-intelligence-driven,fully realizing digital transformation and intelligent finance.The driving force of digital transformation is to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,while the key to the integration of industry and finance is to create value for enterprises.Promoting the integration of industry and finance through digital transformation can drive enterprises to maximize their value.In a rapidly changing market environment,the past financial management model and business model is simple and disorganized,unable to meet the needs of the current market.Therefore,the integration of industry and finance is an inevitable choice for enterprises in the era of rapid development of digital construction.Midea Group,as a typical enterprise promoting the integration of industry and finance under the digital transformation,has research value.Since the construction of the information system of industry and finance integration in Midea Group,the integration of industry and finance has made some achievements,but there are also some problems.This paper first reviews the domestic and foreign theoretical research on digital transformation and the integration of industry and finance,and expounds the concepts and theoretical basis related to the research content of this paper.Secondly,it briefly introduces the basic situation of Midea Group,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of Midea Group’s financial integration into the industry under the background of digital transformation.Thirdly,it introduces the implementation of industry-finance integration in Midea Group.Based on value chain theory,information system theory,synergistic effect theory and process reengineering law,it writes the implementation background,implementation motivation,implementation process and implementation content of industry-finance integration in Midea Group.And select the main financial index data of Midea Group from 2014 to 2021 to analyze,evaluate the implementation effect of the integration of industry and finance in Midea Group’s financial performance,profitability and fund management ability;Finally,it summarizes the substantive problems existing in the operation of Midea Group and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the integration of industry and finance.Based on this,this paper,through the case study of Midea Group industry and finance integration,analyzes that the integration of industry and finance is beneficial to enterprises to reduce costs,improve operational capacity and reduce operational risks;However,because the integration of industry and finance is not perfect,there are also many problems in the operation,such as contradictions in industry and finance personnel,information technology to be improved,lack of compound talents and security risks in the platform.According to the main problems,it puts forward the countermeasures to improve the organization mechanism of the integration of industry and finance,establish a sound and effective information system,train the talent team of the integration of industry and finance,and strengthen the risk control of the platform.Through this paper,enterprises can be guided to effectively use digital transformation to promote the system upgrade,promote the mature development of business and financial integrated information system;At the same time,the academic research on the integration of industry and finance is enriched,and new practical cases are provided for other transformation enterprises to provide reference and reference. |
