The auto industry is a heavy asset industry,auto financing companies to solve the capital needs of the industry participants.Before 2017,the scale of China’s auto finance market grew rapidly.After that,due to the annual decline of auto production and sales,the growth rate of auto finance market declined.Auto Finance Company A was established in 2007,mainly engaged in personal auto consumer loans and dealer loans.With market dividends and industrial resources of shareholders,company A’s loan business developed rapidly.After 2017,the development of company A’s loan business tends to stagnate,and in 2020,it falls into the situation of year-on-year decline in both asset scale and quality.In 2021,Company A began to attempt digital transformation and completed the first phase of transformation at the end of the year.This thesis takes the loan business of Company A as the research object,aiming to find effective strategies for its loan business development.Therefore,this thesis analyzes the current situation of company A’s loan business,studies the problems it faces,and finds out the six main reasons that hinder the development of company A’s loan business: "organizational structure","industry scope","product power","direct customer acquisition ability","risk control" and "customer experience".This thesis argues that the development strategy of company A’s loan business should not be put forward blindly,but should be based on the background of its ongoing digital transformation.This thesis makes a detailed assessment of the changes in the loan business of Company A after the first stage of digital transformation,and finds that "organizational structure","risk control" and "customer experience" have been partially improved through digital transformation,and the loan business has been effectively promoted.Based on the above research results,this thesis puts forward,under the background of ongoing digital transformation,Company A can take the "middle" of organization,"digital experience upgrading","financing lease business integration","keep customer secondary marketing" the four strategies to develop the loan business,and explain every strategy for a detailed argument.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to deal with the possible obstacles in the process of implementing the strategy.
