Company A’s Integration Of Business And Finance Innovation Practice Under The Digital Background

With the gradual promotion and application of modern management accounting ideas and tools in Chinese enterprises,the management concept of integrating business and finance has been popularized and deeply penetrated in Chinese enterprises.In recent years,the promotion of digital transformation at the national strategic level has provided a better carrier for the application of enterprise management accounting tools.Under the joint catalysis of the above two factors,the concepts of innovative financial management and accelerating financial digital transformation are gradually promoted among enterprises.Company A is a high-end equipment manufacturing state-owned enterprise,which undertakes the dual missions of developing the real economy and strengthening national defense construction.With the continuous spread of the global epidemic and the increasing complexity of international relations,it is increasingly difficult for them to obtain the support of advanced countries.In addition,their core technologies are not easy to imitate and spread,and they are facing unprecedented business pressure.They urgently need to improve the management level of enterprises through digital transformation.This paper is a case study paper of "process & experience".Based on the specific management practice of Company A,it expands and deeply applies the management accounting theory.Explore the experience of business-finance integration of management accounting and digital technology,and provide reference for high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises in China to implement the integration of business and finance under the digital background.In the digital era,enterprise finance will transform to "support planning,help decision-making,support customers,provide information,and prevent risks",becoming "sharing finance,managing finance,and strategic finance".This paper first reviews the relevant theoretical research on digital economy,digitalization,financial digitalization transformation and business finance integration at home and abroad,and explains the concepts and theoretical basis related to the research content of this paper.Secondly,it analyzes the background of digital transformation of company A’s industry;This paper introduces the basic situation and financial management of company A,and analyzes the motivation for company A to implement the integration of business and finance under the digital background from the aspects of industry trends and internal management needs.Thirdly,it studies and analyzes the path and method of company A to realize the integration of business and finance through financial digital transformation.It focuses on the analysis of its organizational reform,business process reengineering,and the process and method of financial digitalization construction;Taking comprehensive budget,reimbursement business and fund management,reports and decision support as the main line,this paper analyzes the management accounting idea of closed-loop management and the integration path of business and finance.Then,it summarizes the experience of company A’s business finance integration practice from three aspects: coordinating the digital strategy and management reform,optimizing the design of the financial digital system,and building the business finance data collaborative management system;And analyze the achievements of company A in financial management efficiency,service business efficiency,resource allocation efficiency,risk prevention and control ability,etc;In order to make the practice of company A more operational and instructive,it also explains the key problems to be solved in promoting the integration of business and finance through financial digital transformation in the form of a negative list.Finally,the research conclusion of this paper is drawn,that is,the ability and the way to achieve the integration of business and finance through financial digital transformation,which can provide reference for similar enterprises.
