Research On The Planning And Design Of Homestay In Nihegou Village In Northern Shaanxi From The Perspective Of Harmony And Beauty Countryside

The report of the 20th Party Congress proposes to "build a livable,workable and beautiful countryside",requiring the competitiveness,influence and control of modern agriculture to be complemented by the harmony,beauty and affluence of a beautiful countryside,and to promote the revitalisation of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and organisation.Standing at the new starting point of the intersection of the "two centuries",we will achieve "common prosperity".The comprehensive implementation of rural revitalization and the construction of livable,workable and beautiful villages is a major and urgent strategic task at the stage of high-quality development.The Ministry of Culture and Tourism and other departments are promoting the cultural industry to empower the countryside by promoting the B&B cultural industry,and supporting important agricultural and cultural heritage sites with conditions to shape influential rural cultural business cards to enhance the cultural construction and living environment of the countryside.The village of Nihegou in northern Shaanxi is a globally important agricultural cultural heritage site,a traditional Chinese village and a model village for rural tourism.With the participation of many efforts,various strong and favourable agricultural policies have been implemented,actions to improve the living environment have been carried out one after another,infrastructure and public services have been continuously improved,and the village environment is basically neat and orderly,but the unbalanced and unharmonious local situation still needs to be alleviated,with fewer stable local industries,an ageing population and The trend of "hollowing out" is obvious,the income level of farmers is not high,agricultural labour productivity is low,rural public services are not sound,the ecological environment is unbalanced,the rural agricultural industry tourism lacks hardware support,and there is still a certain distance from the high-quality promotion of agricultural modernization.This paper studies and implements the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the work of the "three rural areas" from the perspective of the harmonious countryside,and explores the design and development mode of the renovation of the traditional village of Nihegou,Shaanxi Province.The project provides specific planning and design solutions for village collective economic organisations,enterprises,farmers’ co-operatives and farmers for B&B compounds,and carries out special designs for the selected sites,such as online and offline,to create a sustainable rural environment that is pleasant to work and live in.Continuously improve the quality of the rural habitat and public services,and promote the harmonious coexistence of material and spiritual civilisation in the countryside.In the course of high-quality development,we will promote high quality and high efficiency in agriculture,livability and workability in the countryside,and wealth and prosperity for farmers,so as to ultimately realise the ideal state of a harmonious and beautiful countryside.
