Study On The Planning Strategy Of Beautiful Countryside From The Perspective Of Rural Tourism Integration

Under the construction environment of ‘beautiful countryside’,villages relying on abundant resources to develop rural tourism have appeared such problems as the lack of local context,the incomplete chain of tourism industry,the need to strengthen the integration of ‘three living spaces’(production,ecology and life).These problems have led to the destruction of the theme and characteristics of ‘beautiful countryside’ construction.Therefore,in view of the development of rural tourism and leisure agriculture as the leading characteristic villages,based on the perspective of ‘integration of agriculture and tourism’and ‘beautiful countryside’construction,this paper puts forward corresponding planning strategies for beautiful countryside,which has important guiding significance for building a unique integrated beautiful countryside of agriculture and tourism.This paper takes the beautiful rural construction in Shandong Province as the research object,runs through the ‘integration of agriculture and tourism’ from beginning to end,excavates the coupling relationship between them on the basis of in-depth study of the relevant connotations,theories and characteristics of ‘beautiful rural’ and ‘integration of agriculture and tourism’;and on this basis,puts forward the planning strategy of ‘integration of agriculture and tourism’beautiful rural.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)By means of questionnaire survey,expert interview,data frequency statistics and expert scoring,the core construction contents of ‘beautiful countryside’ and ‘integration of agriculture and tourism’ are determined,and the interaction and coupling relationship between them are analyzed.It is believed that the core content of beautiful rural construction is mainly reflected in four aspects: ‘Sansheng spatial layout’,‘rural resource activation’,‘public service sharing’ and ‘beautiful economic promotion’;The core contents of the integration of agriculture and tourism are mainly reflected in the four aspects of ‘spatial layout of agriculture and tourism’,‘tourism resources development’,‘supporting facilities for services’ and ‘promoting the tourism economy.’And there are coupling relationships between ‘beautiful countryside’ and ‘integration of agriculture and tourism’ in ‘space interaction’,‘resource sharing’,‘complementary complementarity’ and "economic hematopoiesis".(2)Using the methods of questionnaire,expert interview,data frequency statistics,expert scoring,etc.,the three-level evaluation index system of ‘integration of agriculture and tourism and integration of beautiful rural development system’ was determined.Among them,the first-level indicators include the five dimensions of ‘integration of economic development,’ ‘integration of planning and layout’,‘integration of cultural features’,‘integration of infrastructure’,and ‘integration of social security’,and are guided by the first-level indicators.Thirteen secondary indicators and 23 tertiary indicators were constructed.(3)Through quantitative research,the integration and development degree of ‘rural tourism integration’and ‘beautiful countryside’were determined.Among them,Y is the comprehensive evaluation value of ‘integration of agriculture and tourism and the integration of beautiful rural construction’.When 0<Y<3,the integration of agriculture and tourism and the construction of beautiful villages is at a low level and is in the initial stage;When 3<=Y<4,the integration of agriculture and tourism and the construction of beautiful villages was at a medium level and was in the intermediate stage;When 3<=Y<4,the integration of agriculture and tourism and the construction of beautiful villages is better and is at an advanced stage.(4)Based on the guidance of the ‘integration of agriculture and tourism’ perspective,the planning strategy of the rural and one-type beautiful villages is proposed from six aspects: ‘economic industry’,‘spatial layout’,‘residential building’,‘landscape construction’,‘supporting facilities’,and ‘support support support’.In order to balance the ‘villagers’ and ‘tourists’ sharing relationship.(5)The research results are applied to the case study of 《Fuquan Village Planning in Berlin Town,Mengshan Tourism Area,Linyi City,Shandong Province》.Through the calculation,it is concluded that the achievement of Fuquan Village Planning ‘Integration of Agriculture and Tourism and the Integration of Beautiful Village Construction’is 3.214,and the degree of Integration of Agriculture and Tourism and Beautiful Village Construction is at a medium level;And discuss this planning case and this article agricultural brigade type beautiful village planning strategy research results fit and lack need to improve: Relevant strategies such as ‘industrial upgrading’,‘space optimization’,‘landscape building’,‘architectural features’ and ‘supporting facilities’ are in line with the results of this study.However,it ignores the construction of industrial chains,the lack of coordination with surrounding resources,and the creation of local farmland and forest fruit landscapes.
