| China’s enterprises have achieved partial catch-up with advanced enterprises and are gradually transforming from scale-driven development mode to innovation-driven strategy.Technology innovation is the source power of enterprise development.Only by persisting in technology innovation and mastering core technology can enterprises achieve long-term and stable development.However,technological innovation itself cannot be profitable.How to transform technological innovation into enterprise performance and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved.Understanding the influence path of technological innovation on enterprise performance is conducive to exploring the influence mechanism of technological innovation,helping enterprises to quickly transform their value and providing theoretical support for further improving enterprise performance.Taking Zhuhai Gree Electric Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper studies the innovation mode,the change of innovation focus,the development process of corresponding business model innovation and the performance of enterprises in different periods under the influence of the big environment.It is found that with the change of technological innovation capability,the emphases of value creation and value acquisition of business model are also different,and the new business model can better reflect the technological advantages of enterprises.If the enterprise’s technological innovation ability is weak,choose to highlight the value creation part of the enterprise and pay attention to the improvement of the product quality of the enterprise;If the technology is strong,it will choose the business model that can highlight the technical ability,and constantly adjust the business model according to the market situation.Moreover,before and after each enterprise makes key technological innovation and business model innovation,the innovation performance and financial performance of the enterprise will have a short-term rapid improvement,and the enterprise performance will fluctuate and rise in the alternation of technological innovation and business model innovation.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the technological innovation of enterprises affects the performance of enterprises by influencing their business models.Technological innovation and business model innovation develop and progress together,and the performance of enterprises keeps rising under their joint action.The following suggestions are put forward for the development of manufacturing enterprises in China: Keep a keen attitude and match technological innovation with business model innovation;Constantly improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises,increase R&D investment,improve R&D management level to cater to the current consumption pattern and develop diversified products;Only by deepening channel reform can we achieve sustained and stable growth. |
