| In September 2020,the state clearly put forward the "dual carbon" goal,advocated a green,environmentally friendly and low-carbon approach,continued to promote the adjustment of industrial structure and energy structure,and vigorously developed renewable energy.In July 2021,it was proposed that the power generation industry would be the first to be included in the national carbon market,and the scope of the industry would be further expanded after its healthy operation.Under this strategy,the construction of a new power system with new energy as the main body can be fully realized,and the development of the new energy industry is crucial to the governance of environmental problems and the optimization of energy structure.With the development of digital technology and the transformation of the energy industry,traditional production-oriented manufacturing can not meet the development of new energy enterprises,the integration of manufacturing and service industries to form a new business model,can inject vitality into enterprise value creation,technological innovation and business model linkage can enable enterprises to obtain excellent financial performance.Goldwind has roughly experienced three stages in the process of business model servitization transformation,combined with technological innovation,specifically: "basic technology-one-stop service model","key technology-full life cycle service model","multi-technology-intelligent service model".Under different configuration matching,Goldwind’s financial performance is also different,technological innovation and business model affect the cost,tax burden and government subsidies of enterprises,this thesis first uses the financial index method and EVA method to analyze the longitudinal financial performance of Goldwind,and then uses the qualitative comparative analysis method to put Goldwind into the new energy industry for comparison,analyze the result configuration,and make suggestions from the enterprise level and the industry level according to the research results.The results show that there is more than one configuration to achieve high financial performance: the linkage between technological innovation and business model can effectively improve enterprise performance;Technological innovation-led or business-modelled can also achieve high financial performance;Technological innovation or the lack of one of the business models can lead to poor financial performance.Therefore,technological innovation and business model can be used as an overall development strategy,and enterprises need to pay attention to the combination of technological innovation and business model reform and innovation at the same time. |
