The subject relies on the school-enterprise cooperation project "Evaluation of the comfort level of the interior space of the Loader cab and the humanized layout design of the cab" between Taiyuan University of Science and Technology and Longong(Shanghai)Machinery Manufacturing Co.,LTD.The main purpose is to improve the space experience and operating comfort of the loader cab.Loader is a kind of earthwork construction machinery,widely used in highway,railway,construction,hydropower,port and mine projects,is an essential construction equipment in engineering construction.It plays a very important role in accelerating project progress,ensuring project quality,improving working conditions,improving work efficiency and reducing construction costs.Due to the relatively harsh working environment of the loader,it is usually affected by dust and turbulence in the working process,which will not only increase the complexity of the work,but also pose a threat to human health.In addition to the long working hours,the driver’s physical and mental state will continue to decline.Therefore,it is of important research value to improve the design of loader cab workspace,improve man-machine efficacy and enhance the sense of work experience.First of all,the user needs are collected and sorted.Demand acquisition mainly adopts the way of field interview and web crawler.In the field interview,users’ demands were collected from a vertical perspective and sorted out according to urgency and importance by means of a quadrant diagram.The web crawler collects users’ demands from the horizontal Angle,and sorts out the user demand table by means of part-of-speech and word-frequency analysis.The user’s pain points are determined by the combination of the quadrant diagram and the user’s demand table,mainly focusing on the relative position and spatial arrangement of the control device.Secondly,on the basis of ergonomic theory,JACK simulation software is used to simulate the relative position of the control device.The evaluation results show that the original scheme should be optimized.Finally,the overall optimization of cab space is carried out according to user requirements and simulation results,so that the overall comfort of loader cab is improved to a certain extent.On this basis,subjective evaluation is adopted to evaluate,and the verification results show that the optimization is reasonable.
