| As indispensable mechanical equipment in construction projects,loaders can effectively help operators reduce burdens and improve work quality.Such vehicles often work in bad working conditions with sand all over the sky and under bad weathers.The cab of loader is the main activity place of operators.In order to ensure work efficiency,they will keep working at least 5-6 hours a day.Faced with such a special job nature,their physical and mental states are very easy to be tired.Therefore,the continuous optimization of work space in cab can provide better work environment and experience for them.Based on “Comfort Evaluation and Humanized Layout Design for Interior Space of Loader Cab”,a school-enterprise cooperation project between the university and Longgong(Shanghai)Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd,this paper takes ergonomics as its theoretical guidance and applies Jack simulation software to conduct the analysis of comfort degree and applied study of comfort in loader cab through field study and data collect.In the study,analysis objects of comfort in cab mainly include crawling ladder outside the cab,and seat,steering wheel,steering column,and joystick in the cab.According to the survey of user requirements and the analysis of driver workprocess,the applied study of comfort mainly puts forward the plan for the improvement of design based on the simulation evaluation of comfort degree,and applies Jack software to verify the man-machine compatibility of plan.The comparison and analysis of results of humanized layout design in cab shows that there is an improvement in the comfort of improved crawling ladder,improved 45° swivel seat in sitting and lying,and operating control in operation with the dip angle optimized.Therefore,the overall comfort of loader cab is improved to a certain extent. |
