With the rapid development of the country,the construction and further improvement of infrastructure need to rely on high-efficiency and energy-saving construction machinery.Loader is one of the important construction machinery,facing the general trend of energy conservation and emission reduction,the realization of energy conservation,intelligence and information has become a new direction of loader development.The present stage engineering machinery in the low end of the experience design mode,investigate its root cause lies in the operation resistance,homework resistance can answer about the design of the main parameters in the design of the whole machine is,can make the structure strength and fatigue prediction more accurate,realize the structure design of lightweight,help working device to realize optimization and power match optimization,to achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction,to determine the best help loader shovel installed,further realizes intelligence.The study found that the existing test method has certain limitation,to fully describe resistance further,needs further study and design the test method,this paper carried out to study methods for loader operation resistance,a commonly used three dimension force sensor is used for six dimensional resistance test method to fully describe the homework resistance change.Based on the proposed method,the design and construction of related loaders working resistance test bench.According to the test bed,the accuracy of the method proposed in this paper is evaluated.Based on the research and the resistance test bench,the working process of crushed stone is tested and analyzed.(1)a test method of obtaining the six dimensional force in the operating resistance with the commonly used three-dimensional force sensor is proposed.Based on the proposed method,the design of the loader test bench is completed,and the feasibility of the method is proved.(2)based on the proposed method,the overall design of the relevant loaders' working resistance test bench is carried out,and the mechanical structure,driving structure,dynamic structure and control system of the loader test bench are designed,and the design and construction of the bench are completed.Through simulation analysis,test analysis,error analysis and accuracy evaluation,it is proved that the operating resistance platform designed and constructed based on this test method has an accuracy of less than 5% in all directions,which meets the needs of practical engineering application.(3)from the perspective of simulation analysis and test analysis,the error analysis and accuracy evaluation of the proposed method are carried out.It is found that the test accuracy of the method proposed in this paper is affected by the number of sensors.Further rule research shows that the more sensors there are,the smaller the overall stiffness is and the higher the accuracy of the overall test system is.However,the more sensors there are,the more errors will be caused by the sensor itself.Symmetrical structure design can reduce the influence of partial errors.(4)based on the test method proposed in this paper and the test bench constructed,this paper completed the acquisition of basic data of operating resistance of crushed stone materials,which provided certain theoretical support for the change of design mode.This study provides a reference for the development of operational resistance acquisition system of other types of construction machinery and related technology and experimental research,and has certain guiding significance for the development of engineering machinery design and optimization research.
