As the most basic unit of operation in power enterprises,production teams are the key to achieving safety production and business goals.The overall improvement of quality and efficiency,as well as the healthy and sustainable development of power enterprises,are inseparable from the good performance of production team members,and performance evaluation is an important means to improve performance.Therefore,the performance evaluation of production team members has important theoretical and practical significance.Improving the performance evaluation of production team members in power enterprises is beneficial for mobilizing their enthusiasm for performance creation,thereby promoting the overall management level of power enterprises and enhancing their core competitiveness.This thesis takes the performance evaluation of FN company’s production team members as the research object,and conducts in-depth analysis of the current performance evaluation status of the company’s production team members through questionnaire surveys and on-site interviews.It is found that there are problems in the performance evaluation of FN company’s production team members in four aspects,including performance evaluation indicators and standards,performance evaluation implementation,performance evaluation subjects,and performance feedback and results application.Based on these issues,this thesis proposes targeted optimization suggestions,including optimization of performance evaluation indicators and standards,optimization of performance evaluation implementation,optimization of performance evaluation subjects,and optimization of performance feedback and result application.It also provides protective measures from institutional,talent,technical,and cultural aspects,committed to promoting the optimization and implementation of performance evaluation for production team members.This thesis enriches the relevant theories of performance evaluation and provides some reference and reference for other power enterprises with similar problems.
