Performance management has always been the core of enterprise management,and now China’s private enterprises increasingly value the benefits and advantages of performance management.Performance management can provide support for enterprises,further improve the ways and methods of motivating employees,so that employees have more enthusiasm and enthusiasm in work,and performance management also continuously promotes the progress of enterprise strategic planning.And performance management,on the other hand,with the enterprise staff related to the actual income such as salary bonus and closely related to future career development plans,the applicable objects of enterprise performance management should be enterprise of every employee,at the same time should are subject to supervision by the enterprise employees,enterprise employees feedback information,so as to further perfect performance management system.Scientific and reliable performance management system can enable our enterprises and employees to get the results they need.However,on the other hand,the performance management system that is not applicable to enterprises will reduce the enthusiasm of employees and increase the turnover of employees,thus affecting the interests of enterprises.Therefore,when formulating the performance management system,the enterprise must consider its own situation and the influence of the surrounding environment on the enterprise management,so as to develop a performance management system matching the company.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the basic staff performance appraisal system of JD company in shandong province,this paper takes the basic staff performance appraisal system of JD company as the object,applies the related theories of performance management and performance appraisal,and conducts the evaluation survey and problem analysis on the basic staff performance appraisal system of JD company by means of questionnaire and interview.Aimed at the problems existing in the JD company grass-roots staff performance appraisal system,at the grass-roots level to JD company staff performance appraisal system from process optimization,evaluation index system,evaluation cycle optimization,the application of assessment results,etc,the optimization design,and the participation of guarantee the implementation of the performance appraisal system,establish an effective incentive mechanism of shandong JD company grass-roots staff performance appraisal system of the implementation of the protection countermeasures are put forward.
