| In the context of the reform of the power system,the power industry gradually broke the traditional monopoly position,and in the face of increasing external competition pressure,the competitiveness of internal personnel is the key to gaining a firm foothold in market competition.Performance appraisal is a good means and method to promote.This paper aims to study the performance evaluation optimization method of XH electric power company in order to improve its performance evaluation level.This study investigates the status quo of performance evaluation of XH electric power company,analyzes the problems existing in performance evaluation of XH electric power company,and clarifies the goals for further improvement.Through literature research,the purpose,method,effect and existing problems of power industry performance appraisal are preliminarily understood.On the basis of clarifying the characteristics of the XH electric power company and the uniqueness of its performance evaluation system purpose and method,the questionnaire and interview questions are specifically designed to investigate and analyze the effectiveness of the performance evaluation system and the existing problems.It is clear that the main problem of the enterprise at present is the lack of a relatively sound and complete performance assessment program.In this study,through the comprehensive application of the key performance indicators method and the work points system,we optimize and design a more complete performance evaluation process for the company,making it more practical and closer to the actual situation of the XH electric power company.In particular,the optimization of index selection and weighting is carried out.This study takes the meter reading as an example,selects the evaluation index applicable to the company’s position,and gives weight through the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the performance calculation method of the post is obtained.In addition,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the performance evaluation system,this paper from the organization,system,personnel and technology four aspects of the design of the implementation of the evaluation plan safeguards. |
