The construction environment of subway shield is special,the construction technology is complex,especially there are a lot of human intervention,safety accidents happen frequently,which brings serious loss and influence to enterprises and individuals.Relevant studies show that human factors are the main causes of safety accidents.Considering the diversity of human factors in subway shield accidents and the complexity of influencing relationships among them,it is of great practical significance to study how to avoid and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents from the perspective of human.Based on this,this paper takes the human influencing factors of subway shield safety accidents as the research object,takes 93 cases of subway shield safety accidents from 2013 to 2022 as the data basis,and combines HFACS model,Chi-square test,concession ratio analysis and grey correlation analysis to study the human factors of subway shield safety accidents.First of all,based on the standard HFACS model and referring to the subway shield safety accident report,relevant literature,expert advice and shield construction characteristics,this paper constructs the human factor analysis and type system model of subway shield safety accident--HFACS model from the perspective of system,and verifies the rationality and applicability of the model modification.The model includes five different levels: organizational management,on-the-spot unsafe supervision,prerequisite of unsafe behavior,unsafe behavior and emergency treatment.Secondly,the overall data of 93 safety accident reports collected were statistically analyzed to reveal the distribution law of subway shield safety accidents in terms of location,occurrence link,accident type,etc.,and the causality between the upper and lower levels of the improved HFACS model was verified by Chi-square test and concession ratio analysis.Twenty-eight pairs of factors with significant causal relationship and twenty complete chains of causes of accidents in subway shield accidents are obtained.Thirdly,in order to further study the human factors of subway shield safety accidents,gray correlation analysis was carried out on the level types,human factors at all levels and all human factors of the improved HFACS model,and20 people were divided into three levels of very significant,significant and relatively significant according to the correlation degree ranking,corresponding numbers were 9,5 and 6 respectively.Finally,based on the results of the quantitative analysis of human factors,starting from the five levels of the improved HFACS model,specific accident prevention and control suggestions are proposed for the key human factors under each level,in order to provide references for better safety management.
