With the speeding up of the construction of metro engineering in China,the metro construction accidents are frequent and the safety problems are outstanding in recent years.According to the existing data,the human factor is the main cause of the metro accident.The analysis of metro engineering accidents has become the focus of the present research.At present,the research on human factors analysis of metro construction accidents is relatively small,and the multi level artificial factor analysis model has not been established yet.Therefore,it is important for preventing metro engineering accidents to establish a human factor analysis model for metro engineering accident and selecting a reasonable analytical method to explore the mechanism of human factors.The article improved the human factor analysis and classification system based on the actual production of metro engineering and the 71 metro engineering accident investigation reports obtained by Ministry of housing and construction;The quantitative analysis of human factors in metro engineering accidents is carried out by using the methods of statistics,system engineering and multi-attribute decision making.First,the classification of the metro accident data is introduced,and the information in the accident report is screened.Based on that,it is first proposed the Human Factors And Classification System of Metro Engineering Accident(HFACS-MEAs),and the classification of human factors of the model is introduced;The reliability of HFACS-MEAs is verified to ensure that it can be applied to the analysis of metro engineering accidents.Then,The article Counts the accident human causes according to the HFACS-MEAs model;By calculating the degree of freedom,the value of χ2,the value of p and the value of OR,the correlation between the factors obtained is analyzed and the suggestions are made for the results.Finally,the system of human factors evaluation for metro engineering accidents is established;The article took the interval number instead of the real number to represent the expert score and take the type of accident as an objective evaluation factor.Based on this,the article established interval number evaluation matrix;Considering the expert’s subjective preference,the grey correlation coefficient of the expert’s subjective and objective preference score is calculated.According to the weight of the accident type,the grey correlation degree is calculated and the influence weight of the factors on the metro engineering accident is obtained.Suggestions are made according to the results.
