Research On The ZongSon Smart Digital Transformation On Enterprise Performance

With the advent of the wave of big data,the penetration of digitalization into industrial economy is more and more extensive,and industrial digitalization has injected new momentum into the high-quality development of China’s industrial economy.At the same time,the internal and external environment of the development of bus enterprises has undergone great changes,which is deeply affected by the digital economy,and the digital transformation is its inevitable choice.How digital transformation impacts on business performance,especially on the transformation of traditional industries? As the passenger manufacturing industry in the traditional industry,especially the small and medium-sized bus industry,how is affected by the digital transformation,what is its internal mechanism?Based on the above analysis,this paper takes Zong Son smart as the representative as the research object,takes organizational change,technological innovation and performance prism theory as the basis,adopts the case study method,excavates the motivation and path of Zong Son smart digital transformation,and conducts in-depth research around five indicators of the performance prism model.Through the research,we found that: first,driven by internal and external factors,Zong Son smart digital transformation adopted top-level design and full participation,reengineered business and organizational models,developed digital marketing and services,and managed operations to reduce costs and increase efficiency and accelerate the research of intelligent products,which achieved good results and improved enterprise performance.Second,from the perspective of shareholders,digital transformation has improved Zong Son’s profitability.From a customer perspective,Zong Son smart continuously improves product quality and maximizes customer personalized needs.From the perspective of employees,employee satisfaction and the number of digital patents have been improved,indirectly improving enterprise efficiency.From the perspective of creditors,the degree of cooperation between creditors and enterprises has deepened.From the government’s perspective,Zong Son smart has introduced digital industrialization talents to enhance its contribution.Thirdly,under certain conditions,Zong Son smart has had a profound impact on enterprise performance and competitiveness through its actions in five aspects: design,procurement,production,marketing,and after-sales.This paper not only enriches the theoretical research on the impact of the digital transformation of enterprises and corporate performance,but also has a good reference significance for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized bus enterprises.At the same time,the implementation of digital industrialization cannot be separated from strong support from the government.Large enterprises have the ability to implement digitization,while small and medium-sized enterprises have insufficient resources.Although some enterprises have seen opportunities,the government still needs to make further preparations,lay a solid foundation for the external environment,and provide more support,including but not limited to technology,funds,finance and taxation,credit,and other aspects.At the same time,precise support policies are also needed..
