| With the update and iteration of digital information technology,digital economy will become a strong driving force for the long-term steady growth of China’s economic and social development.The Chinese government,at present,places great emphasis on and backs the digital development plan of businesses,exhorting them to be more devoted to digital transformation to satisfy the requirements of the alteration of China’s big data,automation,and Internet of things sectors.Digital transformation has become an inevitable trend of enterprise development.Exploring the impetus and outcome of digital transformation,summarizing the experience and teachings of enterprise digital transformation to advance enterprise technology and management effectiveness,is of immense practical importance.This thesis chooses Haier Smart Home Co.,Ltd as the main case study object.To begin,this paper presents the present digital economy development trend and the trajectory of big data technology.Subsequently,it summarizes the prior academic research findings and the influence of digital transformation.Then,with the theory of enterprise organizational change and process reengineering as the theoretical support of this thesis,it analyzes the motivation and process of Haier’s digital transformation,as well as various positive effects of digital transformation on the enterprise.This thesis,after thorough analysis,reaches the following conclusion: Haier Smart Home Co.,Ltd has managed to regulate the evolving digital information trend both domestically and internationally.Haier Smart Home Co.,Ltd adjusts the transformation strategy and enterprise development strategy in the process of digital transformation;Haier Smart Home Co.,Ltd relies on digital technology to adjust the enterprise development strategy in real time,improve the ability of scientific and technological development and innovation,make full use of digital information technology to build an ecological platform and give full play to its important functions,focus on promoting the development of new industries,and strive to obtain more excellent development results on the road of digital transformation.In the process of digital transformation,Haier Smart Home Co.,Ltd constantly strengthen the enterprise digital strategic management,and strive to form a digital transformation system to adapt to the development trend of modern enterprises,and promote the pace of enterprise digital transformation. |
