| In recent years,the traditional automobile industry is going through a new stage of transformation and upgrading and industrial restructuring.The accelerated evolution of automobile electrification,connecting and intelligent technologies has gradually made the intelligent connected vehicles a strategic direction for the transformation and development of the automobile industry and an important engine for sustained economic growth.Nowadays,the intelligent connected vehicles are cross-border and unlimited,and belong to the industry of the intelligent era,which has very different demand characteristics for talents.Continuing to train talents with the education system oriented to the industrial era will only produce large-scale standardized workers,which cannot adapt to the rapid changes of the intelligent connected vehicle industry.Under the mechanism of joint university-enterprise education,how to train more R&D talents that meet the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading and development is the key problem that needs to be solved.This paper composes and summarizes domestic and foreign literature,takes organizational cooperation theory and achievement demand theory as the theoretical basis,maximizes the advantages of both university and enterprises in talent training,and constructs a theoretical research framework of joint training mechanism for R&D talents in intelligent connected vehicle industry from four aspects: cognitive joint mechanism,resource sharing mechanism,talent incentive mechanism,and talent flow mechanism.Through case study,comparative study,qualitative and quantitative research methods,it is pointed out that there are "misalignment" between universities and enterprises in talent training,"silo" in resources,insufficient incentives for R&D talents between universities and enterprises,and invisible "barriers" in talent flow between universities and enterprises.The problems of "fences" between universities and enterprises and their causes were analyzed.At the same time,taking the talent training system of German universities of applied sciences and the talent training system of Toyota in Japan as cases and references,countermeasures to optimize the joint training mechanism of R&D talents in the intelligent connected vehicle industry are proposed.In response to the above problems,corresponding countermeasures are proposed in terms of exploring a new mechanism of university-enterprise joint training platform,strengthening the sharing of university-enterprise resources,exploring a spiritual incentive mechanism in addition to material incentive,and opening up a two-way flow channel for talents,in order to train more high-quality R&D talents to serve the transformation and upgrading of the intelligent connected vehicle industry,while it is hoped that the research results will be of reference for the training of R&D talents. |
