Research On Talent Training Mode Of Intelligent Manufacturing Specialty In Vocational Colleges

Talent training is the core issue related to the essence of education.With the deep participation of intelligent manufacturing technology represented by artificial intelligence,big data,Internet of things and industrial robots in the manufacturing process,the production organization mode and professional structure of manufacturing enterprises have been fundamentally reshaped.The change of professional structure of intelligent manufacturing enterprises has brought new demands for talents’ knowledge,ability and literacy,which requires vocational colleges to respond to the cultivation of intelligent manufacturing professionals.Through the research method of grounded theory,this study investigates and analyzes the technical characteristics and production organization mode of intelligent manufacturing enterprises,and explores how the reconstruction of internal technical characteristics and production organization mode of intelligent manufacturing enterprises affect the change of professional structure of intelligent enterprises,as well as the new requirements of post structure change on the knowledge,ability and quality of technical skilled talents.Finally,it analyzes the gap between the current talent training mode of Intelligent Manufacturing Specialty in Vocational Colleges and the talent demand of enterprises,and puts forward the reform strategy of talent training mode of intelligent manufacturing specialty.This study is divided into six chapters.The specific structure is as follows:Chapter 1: introduction.Explain the research background and significance,sort out the literature at home and abroad,define the core concepts involved in this research,and put forward the research problems and contents to be solved,the research methods and technical route.Chapter 2: theoretical basis and research design.Firstly,this paper introduces the discussion on the existence paradigm and structure of professional knowledge,the connotation,structure and ability view of professional ability in the era of intelligence,and connects the professional world with people’s quality world in the energy level correspondence theory of person job matching theory.It provides theoretical support for the follow-up exploration of the knowledge,ability and literacy structure of technical skilled talents in intelligent manufacturing enterprises.Secondly,it studies and designs the vocational structure of intelligent manufacturing enterprises and the training mode of intelligent manufacturing professionals in vocational colleges.Chapter 3: analysis of technology and production mode of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.This paper analyzes the production technology characteristics of the current intelligent manufacturing enterprises,and on this basis,probes into the changes and characteristics of the number and types of posts under the background of intelligence in the enterprise,and the characteristics of the transformation of the production organization mode of intelligent manufacturing enterprises.Chapter 4: the analysis of the change of talent demand caused by the professional characteristics of intelligent enterprises.Based on the coding results of grounded theory,this chapter discusses the detailed comprehensive literacy needs of technical skilled talents in intelligent manufacturing enterprises from the four dimensions of knowledge,skills,problem-solving ability and professional quality,and deeply analyzes the typical characteristics of knowledge and ability in the four dimensions.Chapter 5: Research on the mode of Vocational Colleges supporting the cultivation of technical and skilled talents in intelligent manufacturing enterprises.With the help of text analysis method,this paper analyzes the training scheme and relevant interview data of intelligent manufacturing professionals in vocational colleges,focuses on the three themes of talent training objectives,curriculum mode and teaching mode,obtains the current situation and problems of intelligent manufacturing professionals’ training,and puts forward the reform strategy of intelligent manufacturing professionals’ training mode in Vocational Education on the basis of the gap score above.Chapter 6: Reflection and conclusion.Comprehensively summarize the relevant issues of this study,draw the main research conclusions,analyze the shortcomings of the research,and put forward the research prospect.
