With the implementation of "the 14 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of China’s Civil Aviation" and PBN(Performance Based Navigation)roadmap,the workload of PBN flight procedure design has increased and the design requirements have been continuously improved in recent years.It is difficult to guarantee the reliability of the procedure design with subjective experience alone.Therefore,it is important to evaluate the quality of the PBN flight procedure and analyze its rationality."Green civil aviation" policy requires that the civil aviation should establish the concept of sustainable development and take relevant measures to improve the environmental benefits of aircraft operation.The operation of the aircraft in the terminal area is realized based on the flight procedure,and the departure noise has a large negative impact.Therefore,this thesis evaluates the quality of the PBN departure flight procedure from the perspective of noise,which not only provides a reference for the optimization and selection of flight procedures,but also overcomes the deficiency that most noise researches of PBN departure flight procedure focus on the comparison with traditional departure and noise reduction flight departure.The main research work in this thesis is as follows:(1)In terms of theoretical exploration,this thesis makes up for the deficiency of relevant theories of PBN flight procedure quality evaluation in China.Due to the lack of relevant research in China,this thesis proposes the definition of PBN flight procedure quality and quality evaluation on the basis of extensive reading of regulations and literature.After analyzing the factors affecting the quality of PBN flight procedure,the quality evaluation index system of PBN flight procedure in the terminal area is constructed from six perspectives.(2)In the aspect of model building,the noise calculation model of PBN departure flight procedure that is suitable for this thesis is constructed.The evaluation indexes of single event and cumulative event noise are described in detail,and the suitable evaluation indexes are selected through comparative study.Subsequently,the differences and similarities of noise calculation methods in “Recommended Method for Computing Noise Contours around Airports”(ICAO Doc 9911)and “Report on Standard Method of Computing Noise Contours around Civil Airports”(ECAC.CEAC Doc 29)are analyzed,and the latter is selected as the basis to construct the noise evaluation model of PBN departure flight procedure.(3)In the aspect of standard and method research,the appropriate quality evaluation standard and method are put forward.According to the documents " Environmental Quality Standards for Noise"(GB 3096-2008)and " Standard of Aircraft Noise for Environment around Airport"(GB9960-88),the quality evaluation standard of PBN departure flight procedure is proposed,and the average equivalent sound level method is used as the quality evaluation method of PBN departure flight procedure.(4)In the empirical study,PBN departure flight procedures of Chengdu Shuangliu international airport(ZUUU)are taken as examples,and the quality of terminal area PBN departure flight procedures are evaluated from the perspective of noise by using mathematical software.Through the simulation results,it can be seen that the quality evaluation method proposed in this thesis from the perspective of noise can directly understand the quality of PBN departure flight procedure,which has reference significance for procedure selection and urban construction,and also lays a foundation for the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of PBN departure flight procedure. |
