| Airport noise,as a special noise with high intensity and persistence,is easy to cause harm to human health,seriously affect the lives of residents near airports,and limit the sustainable development of airports and surrounding areas.With the rapid development of civil aviation industry in our country,airport flight volume is increasing rapidly,and airport noise pollution is becoming an urgent problem.Airport noise mainly comes from the noise generated by aircraft departure,and noise reduction flight program is the safest,economic and effective way to control airport noise.Therefore,it is very realistic and necessary to establish an aircraft departure noise evaluation model to realize a rapid and effective assessment of airport noise level,and optimize the operation of departure flight program based on noise control.In this thesis,the day and night equivalent noise level and aviation environment design tool are selected as the airport noise evaluation index and simulation environment,respectively.Firstly,the improved DBSCAN algorithm and K-means algorithm are used to cluster the divergent historical departure tracks of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport and extract the representative departure tracks,and the rationality of the extraction method is proved through experiments.An evaluation model of aircraft departure noise based on track divergence is established.Secondly,the types of aircraft used for noise assessment at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport and the number of simulated flights departing day and night are determined.Since the main area of noise pollution of the airport is the area affected by noise in flight direction 1,the noise impact of flight direction 1 on this area mainly comes from the departure flight activities of aircraft in flight direction 1.Combined with the aircraft departure noise assessment model and the aviation environment design tool,the noise simulation prediction of all departure flight activities and flight direction 1 departure flight activities was carried out respectively,and the evaluation research on the aircraft departure noise level at the airport was completed.Finally,the operation optimization of departure flight program for the purpose of noise control is studied.The operation optimization scheme is designed for the thrust reduction take-off program and noise reduction departure program respectively.The aircraft departure noise evaluation model and aviation environment design tool are combined to make the noise prediction evaluation of take-off of the aircraft in flight direction 1 using different departure program operation optimization scheme.The results show that the thrust reduction takeoff program has the best overall noise reduction effect when the thrust reduction is 15%,and the noise reduction departure program has the best noise reduction effect at 800 ft.In this thesis,aircraft departure noise level of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport is predicted and evaluated quickly and effectively by the established aircraft departure noise evaluation model,and the program operation scheme with the best noise reduction effect is given,which further strengthens the actual noise reduction effect of aircraft implementation of thrust reduction takeoff procedure and noise reduction departure procedure on Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport.It has practical significance and application value to improve the noise environment in this airport and promote the sustainable development of civil aviation industry. |
