With the increasing number of airports accessible by scheduled flights in China and the continuous growth in the scale of passenger transportation as reflected by traffic volume and transport turnover,airport passenger service capacity tends to be saturated,and the quality of airport services and passenger travel experience are affected.In this thesis,the domestic passenger departure process of Nanning Airport is selected as the research object,and the optimization is carried out for shortening the time of passenger departure process.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the departure process of domestic passengers at Nanning Airport,the optimization studies on the check-in security process and the waiting boarding process for domestic passengers at Nanning Airport are carried out respectively.The check-in security process is optimized mainly from two aspects: queuing mode(using queuing models)and procedures(using graphical evaluation and review technique).It is proposed to change the current queuing method of check-in security to M/M/c queuing mode,which realizes the decrease of the average waiting time of passengers in the check-in process from 4.96 minutes to 2.98 minutes and the average waiting time of passengers in the security check process from 9.39 minutes to 5.91 minutes.After optimizing the check-in and security procedures,the average passenger check-in time decreased from 1.31 minutes(78.55seconds)to 1.10 minutes(65.82 seconds).The average time consumption of the entire check-in process was reduced from 6.27 minutes to 4.08 minutes.The average processing time for the passenger security screening session decreased from 2.98 minutes(178.83seconds)to 2.69 minutes(161.16 seconds).The average time consumption of the entire security checkpoint was reduced from 12.37 minutes to 8.60 minutes.Optimization suggestions were made in conjunction with the actual check-in security procedures at Nanning Airport and the optimization plan.Since waiting and boarding is a service for a designated flight and a fixed group of passengers with simpler procedures,they are optimized mainly from a qualitative perspective,Provide specific optimization suggestions for the problems in the process.Finally,the theoretical optimization scheme is verified by simulation using Anylogic simulation software.And the results show that,the fluctuations of the optimization effect curves verified by theoretical optimization and simulation are consistent with each other,further proving the rationality and scientific validity of the theoretical optimization.
