In recent years, with the increasing number of civil aviation passengers and airports in China, the safety and punctuality of civil aviation transportation have been getting more and more attention. Aiming at the passenger retention problems of airport terminal, this paper using Petri language to a mathematical representation of the hub airport terminal passenger departure service processes and analyzing quantitatively the key processes needed improvement based on the investigation of the hub airport passenger process. There are some values not only on optimizing the passenger process, decreasing the number of stranded passengers, improving service quality and reducing operating costs, but also give a theoretical reference about intelligent adjustment of airport passenger process by the research in this paper.Firstly, about the the hub airport terminal passenger service processes, this paper focuses on the hub airport departure process of domestic passenger for drawing the detailed flow chart. Secondly, based on the Petri net language, the paper establishes the model of the hub airport departure process of domestic passenger with simulation software named Visual Object Net++and according to the simulation results verify the reliability to established model with the theory of Petri net. Thirdly, based on the theory of Stochastic Petri Net performance analysis, this paper analyzes the Petri net model performance of the hub airport domestic passenger departure process and deduces the performance formulas to calculate average service time and utilization rate of resources about Petri net model. Finally, The paper also calculates the numerical of model performance combine with the instance data and gives some suggestions of process optimization according to the numerical results.
