Air transportation is also an important component of Chinese transportation,especially in medium and remote passenger transport.With the rapid development of China’s civil aviation,the volume of air passenger transport continues to grow,and the number of passengers entering and leaving the airport has also risen sharply,which poses a huge challenge to achieving the connection between the airport and the urban center.In order to alleviate the pressure on airport roadside transportation,airport buses are widely used as a convenient and low-carbon public transportation tool.In order to better serve passengers,adjusting airport bus schedules becomes a top priority.When formulating airport bus schedules,it is necessary to comprehensively consider various factors,such as flight departure and landing times,passenger flow,road congestion,and passenger travel needs.Achieving a good connection between airport bus schedules and passenger flow arrival times and airport flight arrival times can reduce passenger waiting time,timely evacuate airport passengers,improve the efficiency of air transportation,and enhance the travel experience of passengers.Therefore,in order to give greater play to the advantages of air transportation and improve passengers’ willingness to take airport buses or even choose air transportation,it is necessary to establish a reasonable airport bus departure schedule.Firstly,it describes the background,purpose,and significance of the research on airport buses,summarizes the research results of scholars at home and abroad on the optimization of public transport departure schedules,and summarizes the optimization objectives and research methods based on them to determine the content of each chapter.Secondly,the research on airport bus departure schedule optimization is divided into four chapters: airport bus uplink departure schedule optimization in a deterministic environment,airport bus downlink departure schedule optimization in a deterministic environment,airport bus uplink departure schedule optimization in an uncertain environment,and airport bus downlink departure schedule optimization in an uncertain environment.Provide a detailed problem description for each chapter,taking into account constraints such as departure times,departure intervals,and so on.In the chapter on determining the environment,a multi-objective optimization model is established from the perspectives of passengers and enterprises.In the chapter on uncertain environments,based on Bertsimas robust optimization theory,a multiobjective robust optimization model is established based on the model in the chapter on determining the environment.The NSGA-II algorithm is designed for the model in four chapters,and the traditional NSGA-II is improved in the downlink section to design an improved NSGA-II algorithm.Finally,according to the designed algorithm,each chapter uses C++programming to obtain the corresponding airport bus departure timetable,and analyzes the relevant results.The research results show that bus speed can reduce the travel time cost of passengers,but increasing the same speed,the faster the original speed of the bus,the smaller the value of passenger travel cost reduction,and the smaller the impact of passenger travel time on the total transfer time.Enhancing the robustness of the solution will inevitably weaken the optimality of the solution.There is no significant difference in the degree of impact between schemes with more departure times on upstream routes and schemes with fewer departure times,The scheme with more times of departure on the downstream line is more affected than the scheme with fewer times of departure.The improved NSGA-II is superior to the traditional NSGA-II in terms of convergence.After solving the example,each chapter can obtain multiple different departure schedule optimization schemes,which are superior to the traditional departure schedule scheme with fixed departure intervals.This verifies the effectiveness of the model and related algorithms in the paper,and has certain practical value,which can be selected by decision makers according to different situations.
