Since the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy was put forward,the Tianjin Municipal Government and Tianjin Airport have seized the historical opportunity of undertaking Beijing’s “non-capital functions”,striving to build Tianjin Airport into the core area of northern international shipping and an international aviation logistics center.And an important node of global aviation logistics and international aviation logistics supply chain management center.In this context,Tianjin Airport Cargo Co,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as TCS)accounts for approximately 60% of Tianjin Airport’s cargo volume,of which domestic outbound cargo accounts for the vast majority,and TCS cargo terminal,as an important node in the Tianjin Airport’s aviation industry chain,determines Whether the connection of cargo transportation at Tianjin Airport is smooth,it is necessary to study its domestic outbound business process and efficiency.This thesis firstly adopts the literature research method to review the relevant literature from the three aspects of "Airport Freight Station","Business Process",and "Extend Sim Simulation Modeling",and obtain the theoretical basis of Petri net,Extend Sim software and ECRSI analysis method.Then,conduct a field survey of the TCS cargo station,collect the basic information of the cargo station and sort out the relevant business processes in detail,and point out that the survey found that there are more nodes and higher labor costs.Next,use Petri net modeling to have a clear grasp and understanding of the process,and then convert to Extend Sim to model the domestic outbound business process simulation of cargo stations.It is found that there are related links in the existing process that have long queue times,resources,and manpower.For issues such as tension,the ECRSI analysis method and the Optimiser module in Extend Sim are used to optimize the domestic outbound business process and resources of TCS cargo stations.Finally,suggestions for improvement are made in terms of cumbersome cargo station processes,shortage of manpower and equipment resources,etc.The business process simulation and optimization research of airport cargo terminal provides suggestions and references.
