Research On The Optimization Of Passenger Departure Process In K Airport

As the only large gateway hub airport approved for construction during the "11th five-year plan" period,K airport is positioned as a gateway hub airport facing southeast Asia,South Asia and connecting Europe and Asia.Under the background of vigorous development,the terminal is faced with the situation that the efficiency of passenger departure process is not high and the satisfaction of passenger departure service is not high.Therefore,this paper focuses on the optimization of passenger departure process.First of all,in this paper,using the theory of value chain analysis of K airport passenger clearance process,identify which passenger clearance process for K airport is the most valuable activities,and analysis the relationship between each other and with the whole terminal operations,the relationship between finally find out the process efficiency is low,the reasons for the passenger experience,find the passenger clearance process can be optimized.Secondly,based on the six sigma theory,the flow optimization of terminal passenger departure process is studied.According to the DMAIC model in the six sigma theory,through the five stages of definition,measurement,analysis,improvement and control,the procedures of check-in,consignment,security check and boarding in the departure process are optimized to improve the efficiency of the passenger departure process.At the same time,the passenger guidance,passenger inquiry,passenger guidance and other auxiliary activities are optimized,so as to further improve the passenger travel experience.Finally,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the passengers before and after the optimization of the use of each link,and carries out a questionnaire survey on the passenger satisfaction after theoptimization.The final results show that the above process optimization can improve the operation efficiency of passenger departure process in terminal K,improve the passenger departure experience and improve the satisfaction of passenger departure service.
