Research On The Planning Strategy Of Low-Efficiency Land Redevelopment Based On Urban Quality Improvement

In the context of high-quality urban development,people’s demand for a better life is getting higher and higher,and urban quality has become a topic of great concern.Urban quality is an important reflection of the comprehensive development level of a city,and it is also one of the important evaluation factors of the level of urban development.However,in the process of urban construction and development,problems such as damage to the ecological environment,loss of distinctive features,inadequate carrying capacity of facilities and lack of protection of historical and cultural heritage often arise and become important factors limiting the quality development of cities.As an important stock of land resources,the redevelopment of low-utility land can improve the efficiency of land use,optimise the spatial layout of cities,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,enhance the carrying capacity and competitiveness of cities,and is an important measure and tool for achieving highquality urban development.The article adopts the research idea of "theoretical researchmethodological analysis-example verification",through a combination of literature analysis,survey research,example analysis and GIS analysis,to study urban quality and low-utility land redevelopment,and propose a low-utility land redevelopment plan based on urban quality.The article proposes a planning strategy for the redevelopment of low-utility land based on the improvement of urban quality.The article firstly clarifies the connotation of urban quality and low-utility land redevelopment through relevant theoretical research;secondly,it conducts an in-depth investigation into the content of urban quality improvement in the national standard " New-type urbanizationEvaluation index system of quality city "(GB/T 39497-2020),innovatively adding two aspects of landscape and road traffic,and concludes that the content of urban quality improvement includes On the basis of this,the seven aspects of economic development,social culture,ecological environment,public services,residents’ life,landscape and road traffic are proposed,and the corresponding ways of urban quality improvement are proposed;again,from the aspects of restoring urban ecology,applying system thinking,mixed land use,combining urban design,exploring urban culture,improving living service facilities,establishing a mechanism for withdrawing low-utility land,and attaching importance to disaster prevention and mitigation The planning strategy for the redevelopment of low-utility land based on the improvement of urban quality is proposed.Finally,the main urban area of Zhangjiakou is used as the object of empirical research to propose a planning strategy for the redevelopment of low-utility land in the main urban area of Zhangjiakou based on the improvement of urban quality.The scientific validity of the theory is confirmed through the test of practical feasibility.This study aims to explore the planning strategy of low-utility land redevelopment from the perspective of improving urban quality,and to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional low-utility land redevelopment process which focuses excessively on economic benefits and neglects urban quality improvement,so as to achieve the objectives of improving the functional structure of the city,making up for the shortcomings and enhancing the quality and competitiveness of the city.The study also takes the main urban area of Zhangjiakou as the object of empirical research,and provides certain theoretical basis and practical guidance for future low-utility land redevelopment planning.
