| The redevelopment of inefficient land is a systematic project supported by the state,and the demand for urban construction to improve urban quality is increasing year by year.In this context,the study of inefficient land redevelopment under the guidance of urban quality improvement is not only conducive to intensive and economical land use,but also realize the great leap forward development of urban quality.First of all,this paper sorts out the relevant literature,studies the system composition and evaluation methods of urban quality evaluation;analyzes the relevant concepts,policies and practices of low-utility land redevelopment;analyzes the transformation perspective of low-efficiency land redevelopment under the guidance of urban quality,and summarizes The direction of quality improvement in the case provides a theoretical basis for strategy design.Secondly,based on the research on the definition and characteristics of old villages,old towns,old factories and mines,combined with the development characteristics of the county and the characteristics of land use,with the idea of "first overall qualitative screening,then classification and quantitative identification",to build a combination of qualitative and quantitative counties.Land use identification standards;take Chengcheng county construction land as the research object,screen low-efficiency land according to the standards,and summarize the characteristics of the identification results in terms of type,distribution,and ownership,and provide basic data support for the redevelopment of low-efficiency land in Chengcheng.Thirdly,an urban quality evaluation system based on economic quality,facility quality,ecological quality and cultural structure quality is constructed.Taking Chengcheng County as the research object,using GIS spatial analysis to evaluate the urban quality,and visualize the evaluation results.Finally,it is clarified that the redevelopment of Chengcheng needs to follow the redevelopment idea of "analyzing shortcomings-determining goals-key design of sub-regions-strategic design by type".(1)Based on the urban quality evaluation results,the urban quality score of each block is obtained by using GIS zoning statistics,and the urban quality of 40% of the score of each block is selected as the quality improvement target that each block needs to promote.(2)For the key design of the area,the low-efficiency land shall be demarcated according to the distribution of the quality improvement goals,and the low-efficiency redevelopment focus of the northeast area,the core area of the northwest,the sub-core area of the city,and the south area of the city shall be determined respectively.(3)For the design of different types of strategies,first design the overall strategy from three aspects: quality space design strategy,re-development construction mode,and re-development organization mode;then,based on the quality improvement goals of each land use,the overall low-efficiency land is divided into economic improvement type and facility improvement type.For the old villages,old towns,old factories and mines in each upgrading type,corresponding redevelopment strategies are put forward.Among them,to improve the land use of inefficient economy,we should pay attention to improving the original industrial site and introducing the catalyst of economic development;the low-efficiency land for improving the quality of facilities should ensure basic living services and add high-quality composite facilities;the low-efficiency land for improving the ecological quality should be repaired by inserting greenery.Ecology,combined with leisure and weaving a dense green net;cultural quality-improving low-efficiency land should complement the culture to meet the aesthetics,and the block construction will revitalize the heritage.This paper hopes to provide a research basis for the redevelopment of other similar county towns,and provide exploration experience for urban redevelopment under the guidance of urban quality improvement by sorting out the process of redevelopment of low-efficiency land in Chengcheng County and researching the impact of urban quality on redevelopment.. |
