Research On Promotion Of Inefficient Land Of Industrial Agglomeration Area In Guangzhou Science City Based On Construction Of Maker Space

Innovation and inventory planning has been critical factor for new urbanization,since 2012 which year China come to "new normal" economy.The Maker space,which proposes mass entrepreneurship and innovation,has become the new engine of urban economy.And under the background of inventory planning,it is the important topic for urban planning that how to satisfy the need of maker space,so that we can achieve the purpose that upgrading industry,developing the economy and beautify city.The paper propose the theoretical framework for maker space,while promoting inefficient land based on maker space.At last,making empirical analysis by Promotion Planning of Guangzhou Science City Area.This article consists of three parts including five chapters:First part,which includes chapter1 and 2,conducts researches on background and concept.The chapter 1 makes the background,purpose,significance and tendencies of the research clearly.And the chapter 2 summaries development characteristics of maker space,while makes researches on urban renewal,industrial agglomeration area,inefficient land.So that providing theoretical basis and solid basis.Second part,starting from chapter3 to 4,makes research on promotion for inefficient land in industrial agglomeration area based on maker place.It conduct research on development history,layout pattern,spatial elements of maker place in chapter 3.And in chapter 4,the paper construct evaluation system for inefficient land through big data,cloud computing,mobile Internet and other digital means.And then excavate inefficient land which fit development of maker space,exploring planning strategy and system designing for maker space based on Inefficient land.Finally the third part,chapter 5,makes empirical analysis by Promotion Planning of Guangzhou Science City Area.Through promotion of inefficient land guided by planning of maker space,achieving efficient output of industrial agglomeration area and promote the healthy development of cities.Through the study of this paper,hoping to provide some new ideas and references for maker space and opening a new perspective of urban renewal from the sight of creating makersapce.And then making researches on inefficient land in industrial agglomeration area from multi angle.
