With the rapid development of urbanisation,the sustainable development of industrial cities in Northeast China is clearly lacking,and the transformation and upgrading of regions with heavy industry as the leading economy becomes the future development trend.Therefore,how to enhance the spatial performance of inefficient industrial land with high-quality objectives,how to convert industrial resources into an invisible driving force for high-quality development,and how to quantify industrial land through a comprehensive evaluation method are the focus of research on industrial land.Taking Jilin City,a typical industrial city in the northeast region,as a carrier,this paper selects industrial land within the central urban area of Jilin City as the research object,namely Jinzhu Industrial Zone,Jingkai Industrial Zone,Gaoxin Industrial Zone South,Gaoxin Industrial Zone North,Longtan Chemical Zone,according to the current development situation of Jilin City and the relevant output of 333 industrial land and the industrial land in the central area.The quantitative analysis of space is carried out by GIS analysis,and the hierarchical analysis method is chosen as the subjective evaluation method,the entropy weight method and CRITIC analysis method as the objective evaluation method,and finally the evaluation is scored by using game theory combination weights.In terms of research perspective,the spatial performance is taken as the main line,and after numerical quantification,the industrial land in the central city of Jilin is objectively classified into four categories:highly efficient and intensive,generally moderate,generally inefficient and inefficient and sloppy utilisation,and analysed for their different characteristics;the quality development of the land is taken as the secondary line,and the quality of the land is quantified to study the development of different industrial areas.In this way,it provides a new path for the direction of the transformation and development of industrial land in Jilin;a new idea for the study of other similar traditional industrial cities in the northeast;and a new perspective for promoting the high-quality development of industrial land across the country.The aim of this study is to determine the high-quality development of the central urban area through quantitative analysis of six elements of industrial land: economic efficiency,spatial efficiency,environmental impact,innovation capacity,development potential and land suitability,and to finally establish a study on the correlation between high-quality development and low-utility land in the central urban area of Jilin City,in conjunction with the distribution of low-utility industrial land.The study classifies low-utility land in the central urban area of Jilin at different levels of development,and proposes a variety of views on the future development of the city from different perspectives,providing more theoretical basis and methods for the future development of traditional industrial cities in the northeast.
