Microwave has the characteristics of non-contact heating and instantaneous heating,and has a wide application prospect in food heating,material processing and sterilization.Based on high-power microwave,thesis developed an experimental device for microwave internal and external integrated sterilization and microwave-excited ultraviolet sterilization equipment,and completed the research on disinfection and sterilization equipment from structural design to equipment trial production and experimental verification.The article mainly has the following work:1.Using high-power microwave,a sterilization experimental device is designed and researched,which can penetrate the surface of the material and realize the integration of the inside and outside of the material.Based on the resonant cavity theory,a microwave resonant cavity with sine structure and ridge diaphragm field enhancement is designed,which makes the electric field intensity at the cross section of ridge diaphragm reach 106 V/m.The resonant cavity is used as the reaction cavity for microwave sterilization,and an experimental device for sterilization verification is initially built.2.Through the study of microwave plasma,the microwave can excite the plasma to emit ultraviolet rays in the resonant cavity,so as to achieve the purpose of disinfection and sterilization.The test system of ultraviolet lamp is designed and built,and the relevant parameters of ultraviolet lamp that can achieve the maximum sterilization effect are optimized.The relationship between irradiation distance and ultraviolet irradiation intensity and the efficiency of ultraviolet lamp absorbing microwave energy under different parameters are analyzed.The ultraviolet lamp was applied to the microwave sterilization experiment.3.A metal reaction cavity with integrated microwave coupling cavity and resonant cavity is designed by simulation,so that the microwave can excite plasma at a certain position with the strongest electric field,and the electrodeless ultraviolet lamp arranged here can generate ultraviolet rays,which reduces the size of the microwave reaction zone and makes necessary preparations for the portable design of microwave disinfection and sterilization equipment.Based on this,the disinfection equipment applied in closed space scene is developed. |
