Abstract/Summary:
Microwave plasma lamp is a new type of the electrodeless light source. Compared with the traditional light source, it has more environmental protection, energy saving, good color rendering, high efficiency, good advantages such as light efficiency, is regarded as one of the most development of the light source in 21 st century. Because of its similar spectrum and continuous spectrum of the sun, and the light is closer to the sun, microwave plasma lamp can be applied in high requirements for lighting. At home and abroad, people have been constantly study of microwave plasma lamp and have made great progress in recent years. Our laboratory has been the study the whole module of microwave plasma lights and has made remarkable achievements.The content of this paper is physical modeling simulation of microwave plasma lamp, analyzes the simulation results, and optimize the physical model on the understanding of all the parts of the microwave plasma lamp structure, luminescence mechanism and the principle and the principle of gas discharge plasma. The main work includes:1 Introduce the structure and the working mechanism of each module, especially the light-emitting mechanism of microwave plasma lamp inside with a detailed explanation. At the same time, this paper expounds the principle of plasma physics and gas discharge knowledge to lay the foundation for later work.2 Analysis microwave plasma light physical measurement to determine the exact dimensions of each module, and select the appropriate software to build model and simulation is carried out on the lamp. To analyze the simulation results; optimize the height of cavity of microwave plasma lamp and the light bulb location and simulate again, compare the simulation results with the figure before.3 Explain the simulation results. Simulation results figure including plasma electron density distribution of in the lamp, the ion density distribution, electric field intensity distribution, electronic temperature distribution as well as the electron energy distribution and so on. These results figure shows the lamp in the interior of the light stability after the change of the particle distribution and, at the same time also shows the internal energy, electric field intensity distribution of light, for real production and optimization provides the theory behind the data. Through optimized simulationcomparison of the model, it can be seen that the height of the cavity and the light bulb location changes influence the electron density distribution, the of the degree of ionization, the field intensity distribution; it also provides the optimization simulation results and real production data.
