| With the continuous development of economy and society,the role of scientific and technological innovation has become increasingly prominent.Scientific and technological innovation is the first driving force to promote high-quality economic development.The unbalanced and inadequate development of regional scientific and technological innovation has greatly hindered the pace of regional coordinated development.At present,the rapid development of high-speed railway provides a new opportunity for the coordinated development of regional scientific and technological innovation.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is the core metropolitan area of China,and the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is typical.Based on the theory of coordinated development of high-speed railway scientific and technological innovation environment and scientific and technological innovation,this thesis takes the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as an example to study the coordinated development effect of regional scientific and technological innovation of high-speed railway.The thesis takes the influence of high-speed railway on the coordinated development of regional scientific and technological innovation as the main line.First,based on different scenarios,it simulates and studies the role of high-speed railway as an external environment in regional scientific and technological innovation and its coordinated development,providing a theoretical basis for promoting the coordinated development of regional scientific and technological innovation and giving full play to the role of high-speed railway.Secondly,it measures the scientific and technological innovation environment of high-speed railway and the coordinated development level of scientific and technological innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,and preliminarily analyzes its development relevance.The external environment of high-speed railway technological innovation is measured through the effective average travel time,daily accessibility and technological innovation potential model.At the same time,a three-level regional scientific and technological innovation system is constructed,and the entropy weight method and coupling coordination model are used respectively to measure the comprehensive development level of scientific and technological innovation in urban agglomeration and the space-time evolution and difference of the coordination degree of scientific and technological innovation,and its correlation with the development of high-speed rail scientific and technological innovation environment is analyzed.Finally,the panel regression model is further used to empirically analyze the impact of high-speed rail on the coordinated development of regional scientific and technological innovation.Research conclusions:(1)The promotion of the external scientific and technological innovation environment of the high-speed railway,together with the concentration of resources brought by the government support and the reduction of the cost of scientific and technological innovation collaborative development,has effectively strengthened the willingness of regional innovation subjects to collaborative innovation and common development,and promoted the coordinated development of regional scientific and technological innovation.(2)High-speed railway has brought about the development and improvement of the regional scientific and technological innovation transportation environment.The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei high-speed railway transportation scientific and technological innovation environment as a whole presents a zonal distribution of high in the middle and low at the upper and lower ends.(3)The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is at a good level of coupling,and is infinitely close to high-level coupling.The coordination degree of scientific and technological innovation has been continuously improved,but the overall coordination degree is relatively low,and has not reached the coordination state,but gradually formed a coordinated development pattern that spreads along the development axis of Beijing,Tang and Qin,and Beijing,Baoshi.The coordination degree of urban scientific and technological innovation is consistent with the level of high-speed railway scientific and technological innovation environment.(4)The empirical analysis shows that the coordination degree of scientific and technological innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cities will increase by 15% for every 1% increase in the scientific and technological innovation environment of high-speed rail.The development of high-speed rail is an important factor affecting the coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. |
