The automobile industry is one of the leading industries in the national economy and plays an important role in the economic growth of China.China’s car ownership and demand problems are becoming more and more prominent.Based on both energy conservation and ecological environment considerations,China has taken the new energy automobile industry as an important new industry to develop.Nowadays,the development of automobile industry is in the transition period from policy-driven to market-driven,since the main purpose of fuel car companies to sell products to new energy car companies to combine products and services to enhance the user experience and brand competitiveness.Based on private demand to guide the industry to market-driven transformation,it is also conducive to promoting the personalized development of new energy vehicle enterprises.In the context of the transformation of business operation models and the rapid development of Internet technology,the focus of the new energy vehicle experience space has shifted from selling goods as the core object to focusing on shaping the multi-dimensional experience of users,and at the same time,NIO New Energy Vehicle,as a user-oriented vehicle enterprise with natural Internet genes,has seen its experience space develop rapidly.Its user experience service can be provided through digital touchpoints,environmental touchpoints and interpersonal touchpoints throughout the whole life cycle of the car and user use.In the study of literature,it is found that the current research perspective of automobile experience space mainly includes the creation of traditional display space such as sales experience space with product sales as the main focus and automobile museum with multiple models as the main display;there is less research related to the experience space of new energy vehicles with emphasis on user experience process and form.The goal of this study is to integrate the theory and design method of product service system into the experience space of new energy vehicles,with the optimization of service contacts as the core,the optimization design of space as the carrier,to meet the diversified experience needs of users,and to improve the brand The goal is to enhance brand recognition and competitiveness.It brings consumers a perceptual upgrade from traditional automobiles in terms of product itself,space environment and service experience.The core value of product service system theory is that in the interaction between service providers and service recipients,each element and its own value generates contact points and continues to disperse,thus continuously promoting the further improvement of the system and triggering new values.The author analyzes the current situation,realization process,design method and advantages of product service system through comparative research method,survey method,quantitative research method and interdisciplinary research method.Sort out the background,characteristics and design trends of experience space of the development of new energy vehicle enterprises.Using the PSS method of stakeholder analysis,user experience journey analysis,and service blueprint,we analyze and research the current situation of the current product service system,user touchpoints and experience modules of NIO New Energy Vehicle Enterprise,obtain user needs by research,study the pain points and optimizable touchpoints in the experience process,and satisfy the expected user needs by We propose a systematic refinement of the service touchpoints to reconstruct the existing experience flow structure,follow the principle of optimizing the touchpoints to meet the user’s functional experience needs and creating sensory touchpoints to meet the user’s emotional experience needs,and then propose an optimization strategy of the experience space design for the integration of service touchpoints.
