Research On Product Service System Design Of Urban Electric Vehicle Rental Service

Under the background of sustainable development and sustainable design,the arrival of the experience economy and the diversification and individuation of consumers ask for the transformation of industry and the change of business model.In the face of this challenge,design becomes an important force to promote reform and transformation of enterprises.In the past,traditional design only concerned about the product itself.However,the designers should pay attention to other things now.They need to solve more complex problems with innovative design strategies.As a creative design strategy,PSSD not only concerns with the design of product,but also concerns about products-oriented,results-oriented and use-oriented service experience.It will impact products and its service level,enable to propose a creative solution scheme of integrating product service system.According to the background of sustainable development and sustainable design,this paper will focus on the product service system design of urban electric vehicle rental service through analyzing the electric vehicle rental service in Hangzhou.Then a design plan which use product service system design as innovation strategy is proposed.Finally,the influence of product service system design on EV rental service is further discussed.Based on the background of projects,this paper expounds the concepts,research tools and service process in product service system design.Meantime,paper further discusses its value as a design strategy and its importance to the development of society.Then,compared with the domestic and foreign related researches on electric vehicle rental service,paper shows the effect of product service system design to electric vehicle rental service.Finally,the product service system will be applied to the electric vehicle rental service in Hangzhou.A design plan through analyzing of investigates on market and users is proposed,the influence of product service system design on the EV rental service is further discussed.The innovation of this paper is the application of product service system design in electric vehicle rental service which rarely involved in the past researches.Hope this paper can provide reference values for future research.
