In response to the challenges of environmental changes and climate warming,various governments around the world have introduced policies and measures to promote energy transformation and sustainable use,in order to achieve environmental protection,green ecology and sustainable development globally.As one of the important fields of clean energy application,new energy vehicles have received widespread attention and promotion worldwide in recent years.More and more countries and regions have begun to adopt policies that encourage and support the development of new energy vehicles in order to promote their popularity and promotion.However,with the increasing number of new energy vehicle ownership,problems such as inadequate layout of charging facilities,inconvenient charging services,and driver range anxiety have emerged,which have restricted the user experience of new energy vehicle users and also hindered the continuous development of the new energy vehicle market.Therefore,how to improve the charging service experience of new energy vehicles,enhance charging service efficiency,and innovate charging service models is an urgent issue that the new energy vehicle industry needs to address.Against this background,this research is based on the theory of service design and conducts research on the new energy vehicle charging product service system from aspects such as improving user experience,optimizing charging usage process touchpoints,and innovating design of charging product hardware and APP software.Firstly,this study sorts out the theory of service design and the research status of new energy vehicle charging products,summarizes the theoretical context,and provides theoretical basis for effective research.Secondly,the definition elements,design process,and program methods of product service systems are clarified,and the technical workflow of this research is standardized.Through the investigation and analysis of both the market and user demands of new energy vehicle charging products,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,this study summarizes the pain points and user needs of existing charging products and uses this as a foundation to propose a service system strategy that combines three charging modes: public centralized charging,shared mobile charging,and private portable charging,using service design tools and methods.Finally,this study puts the constructed service system strategy into practice in the design of product hardware and software APP services and,at the same time,standardizes the brand visual image to fit the service business model.This study hopes to provide design support for the iterative innovation of the existing new energy vehicle charging product service system by combining the paradigm of service design,and to provide reference and guidance for protecting the green ecology,saving environmental resources,and promoting the vigorous development of the new energy vehicle supply industry. |
