| At present,the total operating mileage of railways in my country has exceeded 150,000 kilometers,and the total operating mileage of high-speed railways has exceeded 40,000 kilometers.The high-speed railway network is transitioning from "four verticals and four horizontals" to "eight verticals and eight horizontals".As the latest form of railway station development,transport complex is an important node in the construction of my country’s high-speed railway network.With the increasingly significant impact of high-speed railway construction on urban development,transport complexes have gradually become a new engine for urban development due to their strong agglomeration capacity.However,looking at the development status of my country’s transport complexes and station areas,there are still problems such as low station efficiency,weak ability of the station to drive the development of surrounding areas,and fragmentation of the station-city space.In response to the above problems,this paper focuses on the research on the correlation effect of the characteristic elements of the Transport Complex and the station area system.Under the guidance of Tod,catalyst theory,etc.,it adopts a variety of research methods,and analyzes the correlation effect by constructing the correlation model between the Transport Complex and the station area.,and put forward corresponding solutions and optimization strategies based on the current situation and problems in my country.It is of great significance to promote the integrated development of stations and cities in my country.First of all,through the research on the development and evolution trend of my country’s transport complex and station area space and the related literature on the development and construction of transport complex and station area,using Cite Space bibliometric research,supplemented by expert questionnaire interviews to extract the multi-level,multi-level and Multi-dimensional system feature element content,Then,specific index variables are obtained by analyzing the content of the characteristic elements of the system,so as to construct the characteristic element index system of the multi-level system of the transport complex and the station area.Through the data collection of 20 sample stations in China,a database of characteristic elements of transport complexes and station areas is established.At the same time,the data visualization and comparative analysis are carried out on the characteristic element database of the transport complex and the station area,and the characteristics and laws of the construction of the transport complex and the station area are summarized.On this basis,based on the characteristic element database of the transport complex system,using the K-means cluster analysis method,the types of transport complexes are divided into "hub type","central type","balanced type" and "general type".Secondly,based on the multi-level characteristic element database of the transport complex and the station area,using the PLS regression analysis method,a multi-level correlation model set of the transport complex and the station area is established.And by deconstructing various sub-models of the transport complex and the station area,we explore the correlation strength and direction of the characteristic elements of the transport complex system and the characteristic elements of the station area.At the same time,the models are classified according to the levels and dimensions of the characteristic elements of the transport complex and the station area.As a result,a set of related models for comprehensive land development in the station area,a set of related models for spatial form in the station area,a set of related models for road traffic construction in the station area,a set of related models for the construction of green space and squares in the station area,and a set of related models for social and economic attributes of the station area were obtained.On this basis,the correlation mechanism of the above five correlation model sets is analyzed,and the correlation effect mechanism of the corresponding dimension is obtained.By analyzing the laws and characteristics of these five correlation effect mechanisms,Finally,the mechanism of the correlation effect between the transport complex and the station area is obtained.Finally,through the analysis of the development of various types of transport complexes and station areas,it is found that there are transport complexes in my country that have unreasonable site selection,large station area,low space utilization efficiency,and complex transfer lines within the station.,a series of problems such as the low degree of mixing of station functions and spaces.The construction of the station area has problems such as spatial fragmentation,low integration of land resources,imperfect road traffic system in the station area,lack of walking system,and weak industrial foundation in the station area.In response to various problems,based on the mechanism of correlation effect,optimizations are proposed from the aspects of station scale,station site selection,station transfer organization,station function space and station road traffic construction,comprehensive land development in station area,and operation management system.strategies to promote the sustainable and integrated development of my country’s transport complexes and station areas. |
