Study On Operation Safety Of Complex Transport Mechanical-Furnishment

This dissertation takes the complex transport machine as the object, the civil aviation airplane as the instance, which launches to the research of movement security of the complex transport machine, in which the objective rule has the universal compatibility for other complex machine's movement security.The transport machine's movement security is an open complex huge system. Through the analysis of the factors that affect the movement security ,the dissertation profits from Frank H Hawkins's improved SHEL model, which been utilized to analyze the influencing factor of the complex machine's movement security. Besides, improved the SHEL model and established SHEL-DR model, which established the theory construction of the modern transport machine's movement security studies.In the theory construction, we concluding the influence factors of transport machine's operation security mainly including soft environmental factors S (Software), equipment factors H (Hardware), environmental factors E (Environment), human factors L (Liveware) four aspects, and the connection link of various factors is L-DR, D (Data) operating data, R (Rule) rule. And each factors are linked together, and some relevant information and date would be created while they affecting each other. To guarantee the machine's movement security, it is an important basis that analysis and processing the operating data, and the scientific and standard control system is a restrains method, and the person (L) is the implementation main body.Under the SHEL-DR theory construction, the dissertation launches "operating date (D) - system rule (R)" as the master line to research the transport machine's safe operation.â‘ Through the study and analysis of the data structure of equipments, the author has developed the portable data decoder (FMC-2001) successfully, achieved the machine operation safe on-line (Online) monitors, and won the third prize of science and technology progress in Chinese Civil Aviation bureau .The author built the complex transport machine's operation quality assess model, and designed operating data decoding and analysis system (AMS-2004), By this system operating the quality, monitoring and the analysis the airplane overall performance, the safety of complex transport machine's operation safe can be assured.
