A Study On The Interaction Between Oasis Urban Spatial Structure And Transportation System

In 2020,the "Strategy for the Great Opening of the Western Region in the New Era" was proposed,emphasizing the need to form a new pattern of large-scale development of the western region with greater intensity and stronger measures,which provided new opportunities for the western cities to solve the problem of unbalanced development,consolidate the task of poverty alleviation,and narrow the development gap with the eastern region.At the same time,"Planning for the Construction of Transportation Hub Centers in the Core Area of the Silk Road Economic Belt(2016-2030)" requires The Xinjiang region to serve as a development fulcrum,maintain the overall situation of national reform,development and stability,and ensure the implementation of the strategy of opening up to the west,and the construction of Oasis City in Xinjiang has ushered in new challenges.As a national-level transportation hub city in the core area,Korla’s transportation status will increase day by day,and the spatial elements such as urban land,economy,industry and population will also accelerate the evolution and reconstruction,and the coordinated development of urban spatial structure and transportation system has become the key to the sustainable development of Korla and even the entire oasis city.Therefore,based on this background,this paper studies the interaction relationship between the spatial structure of Oasis City and the transportation system in Korla City as an example,summarizes the characteristics and problems in the development process of the two,and proposes corresponding collaborative development strategies.First,this paper conceptually defines oasis cities,spatial structures,and transportation systems through a review of relevant literature,and reviews existing research.After that,the evolution process of the three is sorted out,and the evolution characteristics are summarized,which provides an objective factual basis for further exploring the interaction between the spatial structure of oasis city and the transportation system.Secondly,the index factors characterizing the spatial structure(22 items)and the characteristics of the transportation system(18 items)were selected,the index system of the spatial structure and transportation system of oasis city was constructed,and the coupling coordination model,response model and gray correlation model were selected,and a model group was constructed to study the interaction relationship between the two from macroscopic to meso-meso and then to microscopic order.Then,based on the model group,taking the oasis city of Korla as an example,the interaction relationship between the spatial structure and the transportation system is quantitatively analyzed,and the coupling and coordination development level,response level and correlation intensity between the index factors of the two systems are summarized.Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis,closely focusing on the development characteristics between the spatial structure and the transportation system of oasis cities,the current situation of coordinated development of the two is summarized,including unreasonable development and utilization of natural resources,the management level of the transportation industry needs to be improved,and the mutual influence between the spatial structure of oasis cities and the transportation system is unbalanced,and the corresponding coordinated development strategies are proposed for the problems.The spatial structure development strategy is to abide by the ecological bottom line and rationally use resources;adjust the structure of land use,optimize the spatial layout;grasp the key elements and compact space structure.The development strategy of the transportation system is to optimize the management structure and improve the management level;improve the road network planning and improve the level of accessibility;and grasp the key elements to improve the transportation level.In order to expand the depth and breadth of the study of the interaction relationship between oasis urban spatial structure and transportation system through the discussion of this paper.At the same time,it also provides strategies and suggestions for the development of spatial structure and transportation system for oasis cities such as Korla,and accelerates the realization of the sustainable development goals of oasis cities.
