| Expressway has the characteristics of fast driving speed,strong transportation capacity,and flexible turnover,and is an important component of comprehensive transportation methods.Regional innovation is an important component of the national innovation system,and is the basic support for driving high-quality development,achieving innovation driven development,and solving prominent contradictions and problems in current economic development.The aggregation and diffusion effects generated by highways will have a significant impact on the innovation capacity and development speed of the region;Regional innovative development will promote the construction of regional highways.In order to analyze the internal mechanism of the mutual feedback effect between highways and regional innovative development,this paper is based on traffic flow theory,spatial connection theory,coupled and coordinated development theory,and regional development imbalance theory,Following the main line of research proposed by "Research on the spatial distribution of the link strength between expressway and regional innovation → Construction of the indicator system of expressway development level and regional innovation level → Spatial evolution law of the coupling and coordination degree of high-speed transportation development level and regional innovation level → Suggestions on the coupling and coordination of expressway and regional innovation level",it integrates the coupling and coordination model,gravity model,gray correlation model,principal component analysis method,and OLS regression model,Explore the spatial distribution law of the coupling and coordination between the development level of highways and regional innovation level in Shandong Province.(1)In order to overcome the limitations of traditional static representation of data types in measuring comprehensive development levels from a single perspective,this paper analyzes the spatial distribution of innovation and development between highways and regions based on multi-source data such as highway toll data,Tianyan Survey data,Gaode map data,and statistical yearbook data,combined with an improved gravity model,taking into account the differences in urban and external impacts.(2)Combining the grey correlation degree model,a highway development evaluation index system considering traffic volume is constructed from infrastructure,traffic volume services,and regional traffic volume.An index system reflecting regional innovation development is constructed from the perspective of regional innovation environment,regional innovation input,regional innovation output,and regional innovation linkages.The principal component analysis method is used to assign index weights to determine the level of highway and regional innovation development,The least square method was used to test the correlation between the expressway subsystem and the regional innovation subsystem.(3)Using the coupling coordination model comprehensively,measure the coupling coordination index of expressway and regional innovation,analyze the internal dynamics and mutual feedback mechanism of coordinated development between the two systems,and overall show that expressway and regional innovation have a significant positive impact on each other.The two promote each other’s development,presenting a spatial distribution pattern with Qingdao and Jinan as "dual centers",with the eastern region being better than the western region The spatial distribution characteristics of the central region are better than those of the southern region. |
