As time progresses and society advances,experience design is playing an increasingly significant role in the communication of the frontier,providing services for the public’s spiritual consumption,creating a platform for exchange of experiences,and causing consumers to think about space,etc.People’s demand for consumer space is growing,and "experience" is beginning to enter the public’s view and receive attention.Experience The advent of the era of experience has also injected new vitality into contemporary design.In the design of pre-prepared food and beverage space,how to integrate the concept of experience,let the audience in a warm,relaxed state,in a wise and scientific atmosphere to get a good experience,is the future direction of the development of experience design,but also online and offline pre-prepared food and beverage space depends on the survival and development of the need.This thesis is precisely based on the in-depth thinking of the design of prefabricated food and beverage space of Kitchen Food Pass,a practical investigation and research on the transformation of food and beverage space design from the typical business model to the concept of consumer experience design,a specific study on the trend of experience design of food and beverage space design and the exploration and research of the customer’s sense of touch and smell as the center,the visual experience as the starting point,and the application of the design concept to the design method of food and beverage space It is a specific model for further developing new marketing space design ideas.This paper will start from the design of the catering space of prefabricated food,experience design and experience is the basic point,this paper discusses the "experience" design strategy of prefabricated food space,and discusses its spatial elements and design process,and takes the experience of consumers as the axis,from the design strategy,experience form,experience activities,dining form on four levels.The design strategy is to carry out the "experience" activities of prefabricated food and beverage space step by step,trying to establish a set of design methods for consumer experience,providing a repositioning of the role and meaning of the food and beverage space,and providing an in-depth analysis.The design model of experience design is integrated with traditional restaurant space design methods,and the concept of "experience" design for pre-prepared food and beverage spaces is proposed from the perspective of experience.At the same time,it is also expected to explore a new way of designing catering space and broaden the new scope of application of interactive experience design,so as to provide a new way of thinking in the design of prepared food catering space and experience design.
