Together with Yangzhou lacquerwar e, Beijing lacquerware, Fujian lacquerware, and Yangjiang lacquerware, Chengdu la cquerware is known as one of the Top5lacquerware of China. Crafts such as Diaoh uatiancai and Yinpiansiguang are unique in the field of lacquer craft in China. The st yle of combining succinctness and elegance and the unique crafts are beyond all com parison. With the continuous emphasis on the protection of non-material cultural heri tages in recent years, the preservation and development of Chengdu lacquerware is v ery essential.
