With the continuous improvement of the level of material life, people have become more and more strong demand for the spirit. Basic necessities of life are closely linked with our lives. As the saying goes, "people food is what matters to the people", in contemporary commercial space, dining space is and people’s life is linked most closely.Nowadays, people are increasingly high demands on the dining space, dining space requires not only to meet the needs of dining, but also to meet the dining process, brought to consumer sensory experience and emotional needs. First, the environmental requirements of the dining space is very high, the need to cover the practical, artistic, scientific and multiple factors. Based on, and with the help of aesthetics "scenes" and other related theories, combined with dining space design analysis to based on the experience of catering space situational design research, try to provide practice for the design and development of the China’s catering space basis.Twenty-first Century is a personalized era, in the dining space consumption performance, the popular dining space has been unable to meet the requirements of the people, the pursuit of consumption has gradually become a new trend. In China, the rapid economic development, so that the country gradually began to focus on people’s basic quality and emotional needs. Under the guidance of the market economy, the space of architectural design and art design, but also constantly changing. In this era of economic and consumer attitudes, willing to pay more and more people to pay more and more, so that the scene of food and beverage space has been a better development.This article is discussed in five chapters. The whole train of thought is as follows: research background--Theory Outline -- Design Method -- example demonstration. In the first chapter, the research background of the subject is sorted out, through the current situation of China’s food and beverage space and related papers, leads to the whole paper. The second chapter discusses the basic introduction of the dining space situational design, through the study of the theoretical background, leads to the necessity of the dining space scene design. The third chapter of scenario design themes and elements, the principle of in-depth study, through examples to explore dining space design of the CIA and the king of the correspondence. In the fourth chapter, through the analysis of the two specific scenarios, it is better to confirm the relevant conclusions of the third chapter. The fifth chapter is the design practice.
