| Europe was the birthplace of commercial concrete technology,which was introduced to China in the 1980 s.In the process of continuous deepening of reform and opening up in China,the pace of urbanization is also intensifying,the amount of urban infrastructure construction is getting larger and larger,and the requirements for environmental protection construction are getting higher and higher.This background provides the rapid development of the commercial concrete industry in China.A good environment.With the development and popularization of concrete technology,the management model has matured,the barriers to entry of the commodity concrete industry have gradually declined,and the number of enterprises in the industry has soared.The participation of many small-scale enterprises has made the market competition increasingly fierce.Through extensive production and management practices,most commercial concrete companies are aware of the importance of strategic planning and promote their own development through scientific and effective strategic planning.However,due to imperfections in the strategic management system and regulatory mechanisms,strategic planning has not achieved the expected results within the enterprise.Enterprises have paid a large amount of cost in strategic planning.However,strategic management has not been able to achieve scientific and rigorousness in depth,and corporate benefits have not been developed.This dissertation takes GC Building Material as the research object.On the basis of collecting and consulting related data,this paper focuses on the analysis of the internal and external environmental factors of the enterprise,and analyzes the macro environment and the industry environment of GC Building Material by PEST analysis method and Potter five force model respectively.At the same time the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages that affect the development of the enterprise.then makes a choice based on the perspective of strategic development to the future development direction of GC Building Material.The strategic development goals and strategic planning also give specific strategies in the implementation of the plan,which provides a reference for GC Building Material enterprises to quickly adapt to market changes,avoid risks and gain operational benefits in the fierce market competition.Can promote the sustainable and healthy development of GC Building Material. |
