| Since entering the 21 st century,China has entered an era of rapid development,striding into the fields of digital,economic,and innovative power.At the same time,comprehensive digital informatization has become the backbone that can drive the development of global economy and the transformation of the whole society.With the continuous strengthening of social changes brought about by the continuous promotion of digitization and informatization,China’s automotive industry chain has also entered an era of rapid development.At the same time,China’s user demand for automobiles is increasing continuously,and has shown an explosive blowout growth trend.From the sales data,it can be seen that the Chinese automobile sales market has won the sales champion in the global automobile market for 12 consecutive years.In recent years,with the continuous strong entry into the market of various new power car manufacturers in China,the strong subsidies and promotion of new energy vehicles by the Chinese government,the shortage of products in the global chip supply market,and the continuous rising prices of raw materials in the manufacturing industry,a series of pressure on production costs and operations of automotive enterprises has been brought about.The traditional automobile enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges and pressures,and the internal competition in the automobile industry is becoming increasingly fierce.All major auto companies are constantly increasing the types of models and configuration variants of their brands,optimizing management and improving efficiency through internal reform,and vigorously reducing costs to gain greater market share.Since the beginning of 2020,from the COVID-19,the chip crisis to the geopolitical conflict,the entire automobile industry has suffered a great loss in2021,and the output expectation in 2022 is not ideal,which proves the vulnerability of suppliers in the automobile industry and the lack of understanding and control of risk information.The supply chain of the automobile industry is one of the most complex and technically difficult supply chains.It includes the sales and customer relationship management process from the initial raw material supply to the final after-sales service after the sales of the finished vehicle.The supply chain of the automobile industry cannot be completed by a single enterprise.It is a truly global cooperative supply chain system.The automobile supply chain includes a complete set of supply-assembly-sales service supply chain,including design and development teams,multi-level upstream suppliers,parts production,parts matching,vehicle assembly,vehicle distribution,retail sales and after-sales customer service.FAW-Volkswagen Automobile Co.,Ltd.is a traditional Sino-German joint venture automobile enterprise.It is facing the competitive pressure of domestic independent brands,new forces of automobile manufacturing and other joint venture automobile enterprises in the Chinese market.In order to realize the efficient and low-cost operation of the company’s procurement management as a whole,and enable the procurement staff to devote more energy to the cost reduction work,it is particularly important to optimize the existing company’s internal procurement management process.Taking FAW-VW as the research object,this paper has read and studied the relevant concepts and theories of FAW-VW’s procurement management,supplier management and process optimization in detail by using the literature reading method;Through field investigation and case interview,the current procurement process of FAW-Volkswagen was investigated and sorted out in depth,and the current situation of FAW-Volkswagen procurement management process was summarized;Based on the theory of process optimization and procurement management,this paper analyzes the current situation of FAW-Volkswagen procurement management,and finds some problems in the procurement management process,such as long decision-making cycle of the procurement process,low efficiency of information transmission,unclear division of responsibilities,repetitive labor,and lack of information application means in the procurement process.On this basis,combined with the corresponding theory,the optimization scheme is designed for the problems existing in the existing process,and the optimization effect is evaluated.At the same time,the safeguard measures are formulated to achieve the expected optimization effect. |
