| Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic and social development has been achieved rapidly,and the process of industrialization and urbanization has promoted the development of China’s electric power enterprises to a great extent.People’s daily life and the normal operation of work are inseparable from the application of electricity.As a result,thewhole society has put forward higher demand for electricity.For enterprises,material procurement management is very important,is the embodiment of the core competitiveness of enterprises,so to strengthen the management of electric power enterprises procurement of corresponding materials has become more important.In recent years,China’s electric power enterprises in the material procurement management has carried on the reform exploration and the effective innovation,has realized the traditional management idea transformation and the electric power enterprise development process acceleration.However,there are still some shortcomings in the development of material purchasing management in electric power enterprises in China,which has an impact on residents’ electricity consumption and enterprise operation to a certain extent.S electric Power Company,as the representative of Provincial electric power enterprises,has achieved some results in material procurement management,at the same time,there are many common problems.To this end,power companies need to take effective measures and put into action to further enhance the practicality and effectiveness of material procurement management,and better promote the future development of power companies.Based on the relevant theories of purchasing management,this paper aims to improve the efficiency of material purchasing management and reduce the cost of purchasing in S Electric Power company,and through consulting a large number of literatures and field investigation,combined with the five-stage model of Hackett procurement management and ASME analysis,from the actual situation of material procurement management of S Electric Power Company,This paper makes a detailed investigation and analysis of the basic situation of its material procurement management,deepens the understanding and understanding of the present situation of material purchasing management of power companies in S area,finds out the shortcomings in the process of purchasing management,and analyzes them,and puts forward some suggestions for the management of material purchasing of S electric power company According to the existing problems.Especially in the aspect of supplier evaluation and selection,this paper establishes the evaluation index system based on the addition of the fifth dimension of the Balance section card theory,constructs the trapezoidal fuzzy number model by using the fuzzy set theory,transforms the common but highly imprecise natural language in the evaluation into the more accurate digital language,and tries to get a clearer comprehensive evaluation.With a view to selecting the highest priority suppliers.This paper is of great significance to the analysis and research of the present situation of material purchasing management of S Electric Power Company and the research on the improvement suggestion,and the optimization scheme design of material purchasing management in the paper,especially the supplier management has feasible practical significance to the management status of material purchasing of S electric Power Company.It also has important reference and practical significance for the procurement management of the same type of enterprise. |
