| Inbound logistics is the process in which suppliers deliver parts to factories.Due to its complexity,enterprises often use milkrun method to control inbound logistics during the operation phase.The routes and nodes of milkrun process constitute the inbound logistics network.As the current external environment changes more and more drastic,enterprises are facing enormous pressure in terms of cost control and sales market.In order to meet the personalized needs of the market,enterprises are carrying out revolution to shorten the order to delivery(OTD)time to cope with flexibility,which gives more challenges to the operation of inbound logistics network under goal of lean logistics.It is urgent to optimize management of inbound logistics network from its own perspective and its upstream and downstream,thus build a lean and resilience supply chain,which truly contribute to enterprise operation and transformation,at the same time,provide reference for relevant issues of the industry.This article uses literature analysis,case study,and a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis to conduct research.By reading a large amount of literature on logistics network planning,supply chain management,lean production,and other aspects,we aim to understand the research achievements and development status of this issue at home and abroad.The research content of this paper is based on three key elements of logistics network: network structure,physical logistics and information flow,and analyze their current problems and reasons respectively.The problem of the network structure is that the logistics network structure cannot flexibly respond to external changes,and the problem of physical logistics is that there is cross transportation in the terminal distribution of physical logistics,and the problem of information flow is that the upstream and downstream information collaboration of the supply chain is insufficient.In the optimization plan section,there are three corresponding optimization goals for these issues.The optimization goal of the network structure is to shorten the transportation time,of which the optimization plan analyzes the purpose of site selection and establishes a mathematical model for site selection and flow optimization based on the company’s own situation.The optimization goal of physical logistics is to reduce terminal cross transportation,of which the optimization plan for transportation routes and distribution centers are studied.The optimization goal of information flow is to improve the matching degree between plan and real operation,of which the changes of ordering,transportation and inventory systems are studied.Finally,combined with the data validation of the enterprise,the paper verifies the implementation effect of the location of the distribution center,the establishment of the distribution center and the optimization of the information system,and formulates the step-by-step implementation measures.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan,security measures have been proposed from the aspects of corporate culture,employee capabilities,project management,change technology,work mechanism,and partner capability improvement to ensure the effective operation of the management optimization plan.The optimization of inbound logistics network management is a systematic project.This article takes FAW Volkswagen as an example to study the overall situation of inbound logistics network and draws relevant conclusions.The optimization of network structure is able to shorten transportation time,and enterprises should pay attention to this work and use scientific methods and workflow to carry out network layout optimization.The physical process of inbound logistics consists of points and lines,and enterprises should make reasonable plan based on functional position of the warehouse when planning facilities.The traditional IT systems are established on the functional requirements of business itself.With the goal of supply chain transformation,enterprises should build a supply chain collaborative operation platform to cope with demand fluctuations.In summary,this article conducts research based on the actual situation of enterprises,and also provides reference for other parts supply logistics in the industry. |
