| Milk-run mode is an efficient cooperation between manufacturers and suppliers.According to the standard quantity of parts or semi-finished products required by board card,manufacturer frequently picks up goods from suppliers by a closed-loop transportation route.This mode conforms to the concept of lean production and timely production,and can effectively solve the contradiction between low inventory and increased transportation costs.Milk-run has been widely used in domestic and foreign manufacturing enterprises.At present,China has entered the era of electrification of logistics vehicles.The automobile manufacturer’s milk-run mode of inbound logistics is also bound to face the problem of electrification of logistics vehicles.Firstly,this paper introduces the concept,characteristics and summarizes the main process of the design of milk-run system,discusses the model of logistics vehicle electrification based on milk-run mode.Then,based on the basic tabu search algorithm,a new neighborhood generation strategy and the diversification strategy of solutions are proposed,and the method to solve the milk-run routing problem with vehicle volume,charging time and driving mileage constraint is designed.Then,the tabu search algorithm proposed in this paper is used to solve the Solomon test data set,and the mechanism of the influence of vehicle volume and charging time on the total route length is analyzed.Finally,the algorithm is applied to the problem of milk-run of a real automobile manufacturer.It is found that the improved tabu search algorithm proposed in this paper has good convergence for the test data 20 suppliers,50 suppliers and 100 suppliers of Solomon.The algorithm can get reasonable information about the milk-run route and pickup frequency.Secondly,the algorithm can effectively improve the cycle transport scheme of the actual problem,reduce the total travel distance by more than 30%.It is found that with the increase of vehicle volume,the total route length of electric logistics vehicles shows a trend of decreasing first and then changing smoothly.With the increase of charging time,the milk-run route of electric logistics vehicles shows a stepped growth trend.This paper explores the cost change mechanism of the electric vehicles of milk-run,enriches the solution theory of the milk-run,and has a certain theoretical innovation significance.In addition,the algorithm proposed in this paper can reduce the logistics cost of manufacturing enterprises,and has certain economic benefits.At the same time,it can promote the development of logistics vehicle electrification and provide support for the arrival of the era of logistics electrification. |
