| In the process of automobile manufacturing,inbound logistics,as an important activity to contact suppliers and OEMs,is the top priority of the whole automobile logistics because of its wider scope and more complicated process,and it is also an important guarantee for the continuous and stable operation of enterprises.Therefore,the continuous improvement of inbound logistics management is not only related to the transportation cost management of automobile manufacturing enterprises,but also an important link for supply chain management departments to formulate management strategies.Procurement logistics is a kind of auto parts inbound logistics mode based on JIT production JIT production mode,is widely used by Japanese automobile enterprises.Its core idea is to eliminate all waste in the process of purchasing logistics and inventory.As a joint venture commercial vehicle manufacturing enterprise of Nissan,M Company has introduced the pick-up mode since 2009 for a period of time.After more than ten years of development,although various management and systems are constantly improved,there is still room for improvement.In the automobile parts manufacturing industry,the implementation of lean logistics can effectively improve logistics efficiency,reduce production costs,maximize profits and enhance market competitiveness.On the basis of logistics management theory and lean logistics theory,this thesis conducts relevant theoretical research,and uses common methods and tools of lean logistics to design improvement schemes.This thesis introduces the basic situation of M enterprise,and summarizes the present situation of M enterprise’s inbound logistics management from four aspects:parts packaging,delivery of delivery vehicles,warehouse layout and inbound logistics information management,and analyzes the reasons for the four types of problems,such as urgent optimization of packaging standards and approval process,long waiting time for delivery of delivery vehicles,unreasonable warehouse layout and lack of sharing of parts delivery information.Based on the theoretical analysis,this thesis designs the improvement scheme of M company’s incoming logistics management.The improvement scheme of parts packaging mainly includes standardization,optimization of packaging approval,and design of universal parts packaging.The design of the delivery improvement scheme of inbound logistics is optimized by locking the delivery parking table,revising the road map,optimizing the programming of forklift,unloading and emptying.The warehouse layout improvement plan uses the warehouse layout theory to improve and adjust the quantity of warehouse goods,the import of logistics shelves and the layout of parts warehouse.In the process of improving incoming logistics information management,carry out corresponding improvement activities for delivery planning system transmission,undelivered information control and production plan sharing.Finally,the guarantee measures of the improvement plan are established and the improvement effect is confirmed.Through the implementation of the improvement activities,the overall logistics operation cost of the enterprise can be reduced and the stable supply of parts can be guaranteed.In addition,through the improvement activities,the waste situation in the main link of inbound logistics is determined and corresponding improvement is made to achieve the overall profit target of the company at present.It has a similar reference for the automobile manufacturing enterprises in the same industry,especially the commercial vehicle pickup industry to solve the pain points. |
